Living room and private porch were great. The neighborhood was really wonderful with tons of walkable restaurants and things to do. 4 stars because the bed was a bit large for the bedroom and was difficult to move around (especially at night), and there is limited space to set things down in the bathroom, like makeup or a toiletries bag.

Our stay was comfortable. The property is listed as having AC. If you are going in the summer, it might be helpful to be aware that this only applies to the master bedroom, not to the other bedroom or other rooms. We received check-in information right after check-in time. Perhaps that is normal, but it made me a little nervous.
