Short Stroll to White Sandy Beach

A modern apartment just 5 minutes walk from beautiful & uncrowded Casuarina Beach with its pristine white sand & rolling surf. Full use of the entire apartment - 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, modern kitchen, open plan living spills out onto the patio with lush tropical landscaping. Carport. Guest membership to Rec Club with 2 pools and gym opposite is available for a minimal cost. Opposite to Osteria Restaurant and Surfing Australia HPC.

The apartment has been recently renovated with new kitchen and bamboo floors throughout. Complete with linen, towels and toiletries. Just bring your suitcase and relax. Please no parties.

Just 12 minutes to Coolangatta Int. Airport, 40 minutes to Byron Bay.

Long stay rates negotiable. Minimum 2 nights on weekends.

Easy access to property, good quality linens and towels. Lots of kitchen implements. Only negative for us was that a loud party was happening not far away that went till after midnight. Not the owners fault but wasn’t great even with windows closed. Only a couple of minutes drive to a Coles shopping centre. The second bedroom is small with twin beds but it still worked for a second couple over the two night period we stayed there.

The property is very centrally located and is very convenient to shops and restaurants. It was quiet and well planned out. The outside area is delightful - it was so nice to look out at the garden. The property is light and airy, well-equipped and very comfortable.

So convenient for Osteria wedding

We were so lucky to find this property for our daughter’s wedding at Osteria across the road…. Wonderfully convenient (clean and with all amenities). The only downside is the security lights on at night, and the early start at the gym across the road.

Great Location next to the Osteria Wedding Venue, Coffe shop 50 metres away for morning coffee. Coles very close. Suited our use perfectly.
