It was overall good, parking is a bit crowded if you have two cars. Comfy beds and linens. There could be more towels but there were five of us on the trip. Definitely a decent spot if your headed to the ren faire!

We had a great time and place was exactly what we hoped for. It was accurately described and everything matched the photos. The only issue we had was the bugs, we kept getting bit by mosquitoes and the bugs in the window sills.

Yes, the host was very responsive. House was clean and cozy. The dishwasher was out of order but that was not a major issue to us. Otherwise, I would rate a 5 star stay.

The townhouse itself was great, but the cleaning people were behind by 2 1/2 hours, we got in and no sheets had been changed, so we had to wash them. The towels were still in the dryer and I went ahead and rewashed them also, just for my own comfort. Peter was apologetic and responded quickly. We weren’t offered any kind of refund or anything even after he saw the sheets, but I hope they find a new cleaning service.

We enjoyed our stay. The back yard has great grass for kids. The property was clean and comfortable. We did activities in Arlington and ft worth and the drive was not bad. Would stay again.
