LIVING AREA:
The main living area is a large, inviting space where you can gather on the plush gray sofa or blue accent chairs and enjoy a movie night on the 65" Smart TV.

KITCHEN & DINING:
A delight for any cook, the kitchen features midnight blue cabinets, ample counter space, and a large center island. It comes fully equipped with new stainless steel appliances and is stocked with all the pots, pans, and dinnerware you need. Enjoy your meals at the six-person, counter-height dining table, bathed in natural light from four large windows.

BEDROOMS & BATHS:
- Master Suite: A private, spacious retreat featuring a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo, 58” Smart TV, and a spacious walk-in closet for added comfort and convenience.
- Bedroom 2: Relaxing space with a comfortable queen bed and a 58” Smart TV for easy unwinding.
- Bedroom 3: Ideal for kids or extra guests, offering two single beds and a 58” Smart TV for personal entertainment and downtime.

WORKSPACE:
A dedicated workstation with a table and chair is available, complete with high-speed internet for remote work or planning your local adventures.

OUTDOOR LIVING:
Step out into the spacious, fenced-in backyard to enjoy the Texas air. It’s the perfect spot for barbecue with the provided grill. The space is good for family fun & relaxation.

Guests will have private access to the entire home, ensuring a comfortable and exclusive stay. This includes all bedrooms, bathrooms, the living area, kitchen, and the spacious fenced backyard.

You will also have access to the garage, which contains the washer/dryer and exercise equipment for your convenience.

The only area that is off-limits is a locked supply cabinet located in the garage.

The spacious driveway fits 3 vehicles (maximum allowed by the City. Please do not park on the street.

We believe in giving our guests complete privacy to enjoy their stay. We will not be present at the property, but we are always just a message away through the App. Should you need any assistance, recommendations, or have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out.

For stays below 30 days, Waxahachie City HOT Tax of 7% will be added on the gross short term rental rate.

Pet Fee is $150/pet/stay.

- PETS: Dogs welcome!! A non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, per stay applies. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring your furry friend.
- LOCAL TAX: For stays under 30 days, a Waxahachie City Hotel Occupancy Tax (HOT) of 7% will be added to the gross rental rate.
- STARTER SUPPLIES: We provide a starter kit of essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body gel and coffee to get you started.
