The host resides in a separate private unit within the building and is available if needed for maintenance or assistance while fully respecting guest privacy. This is an independent stay best suited for guests who value privacy and independence.

A digital air fryer is provided as a suitable alternative.

Free parking for up to two vehicles in the left side of the driveway. Please keep the middle and right lanes clear at all times.

• Coin-operated washer and dryer are available in the basement and shared with one other unit.

📦 Mail & Packages
Mail and packages may be delivered directly to the property. Deliveries are typically left at the front door.

🧺 Linens & Towels
Freshly laundered sheets, blankets, duvet covers, and towels are provided at check-in. This is a self-service extended stay unit. Guests are responsible for laundering items during their stay.

🧻 Starter Items & Consumables
• Starter essentials are provided at check-in, including paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, a dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, salt and pepper, a small starter supply of laundry detergent, basic cleaning supplies, and starter toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. No restocking is provided.
• Guests are responsible for replenishing everyday supplies as needed during their stay.

💳 Pricing
The base rate includes 1 guest. An additional guest fee applies for a second guest. Reservations must accurately reflect the number of guests.

🛑 Guest Suitability & Child Safety
This unit is designed for adult guests and is not childproofed. The condo includes furnishings, décor, and features that are not secured for child safety, including balcony access. For safety reasons, this space is not suitable for children or infants and is intended for adult guests only.
