Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo at Amalfi Coast was beautiful! It was very clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. The pools were great and never crowded. Just a couple of suggestions, the mattress in the 2nd bedroom was hard, the dryer took a while to dry (vents may need to be cleaned). Also we requested early check-in, but it didn't get updated in the system. Seascape did refund our money for that immediately which was appreciated. Definitely will be back and would recommend to others!

The property was exactly as described on the listing and right across the street from the beach. The location was perfect, quiet and convenient. Check in was scheduled for 5. After not hearing from and trying to get in touch with the host, we were informed that the maintenance crew was still working on the property and we would be informed of the check-in details when they were done. Ended up checking in at 5:30. Other than the miscommunication with check-in, everything was fantastic!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was an amazing unit. Large and clean, with everything we needed right at hand. The pools were clean (and one was heated!!!) and it is right across the street from the beach. This part of the beach is not crowded at all. It was perfect. I will definitely contact them when I am planning my next vacation to Miramar Beach!

Perfect Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was just as the pictures show. When you first walk in, it is larger than what you think. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The checkin process could have been better, we were delayed getting into the room even though it was clean because it wasn't inspected and I wasn't a fan of the no set check in time after a long travel day. Also, they weren't clear on the gate code. The numbers weren't correct and we had to ask someone else. You do have to use # before entering. Aside from the bumps on the first day, I would stay here again.

Beautiful condo - Terrible maintenance department

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was beautiful and the location perfect. Beach right across the street. The condo was tastefully furnished and well stocked. However, there were two maintenance issues that were not resolved despite several calls. When we called regarding the first issue which was a FOUL SMELL coming from the hot water when you turn it on, they sent a maintenance man who said it was nothing he could do so just run the water. Apparently the hot water was not used in awhile so the water was rancid. It took days for the water to smell halfway normal. They should have noticed this when cleaning the unit BEFORE our arrival. Now the big issue was WIFI. We never got the WIFI to work. The instructions in the WELCOME PACKET did not work and the maintenance man was clueless. The management office was supported to call and follow up but they did not. I called them at least 3 times with no response. A nice but clueless young person kept taking messages. I was very disappointed that we could not use our electronic devices at all. So the owners of the condo get a TWO THUMBS UP for the beautiful accommodations and the property management company gets a ZERO for being neglectful and unhelpful
