This third floor 3 bedroom/2 bath condo is located right across the street from the ocean. Alerio is the perfect getaway spot, complete with a community pool, a community hot tub, and a grilling area. This condo is sure to create the tranquil paradise you need to escape and relax. A well-equipped space includes a full kitchen with everything you need to cook a hearty brunch or light dinner to enjoy out on the private balcony. The whole family will enjoy the community amenities whether it's relaxing poolside or taking a nice soak in the hot tub. Unit updates include a new HVAC System and Fridge!Sleeps 7! No Pets Allowed! Only 1 vehicle is allowed to park at Alerio! Overflow parking is accepted at Geronimo RV Park 850-424-6801 Monday - Saturday between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm and Sunday between the hours of 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm. Cost is $30/night for cars and trucks. Credit card payment is required at the time of check in. Only 1 vehicle is allowed to park at Alerio! Overflow parking is accepted at Geronimo RV Park 850-424-6801 Monday - Saturday between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm and Sunday between the hours of 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm.
