Private guesthouse with its own entrance on palm tree-lined street in View Park-Windsor Hills neighborhood. Just 12 minutes from SoFi Stadium, the Forum, & the Intuit Dome in Inglewood. Short drive from LAX & centrally located with easy access to DTLA, Culver City, Marina del Rey, & the South Bay. 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, living room with couch, smart TV, & dining area. Stocked kitchenette with fridge/freezer, sink, cooktop, & microwave. Note: Owner lives in main house with a small dog. Backyard is shared with owner.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Strip bed and leave used sheets on the couch along with all used towels before checkout. You can leave the comforter on the bed.
Clean and put back all used dishes, cups, pans, silverware, etc.
Return key to lockbox. Make sure to lock driveway gate (by pressing the button with a lock on it) before leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO extra guests/parties.
NO smoking/vaping/e-cigarettes.
ZERO tolerance for theft or damage. There will be a hefty fine.
