The location was great and the house was as described! However the bed was so hard it was actually painful in the morning. There were also some stains on the couch cover and the kitchen knives need to be sharpened. Overall the place was clean but needs a little TLC. Parking in the area is not bad! It’s what you can expect in any metropolitan area. No residential permit required and you can normally get a spot within a block. Just be aware of street sweeping. Mario is not at all responsive! If you need to get into contact with the owner, make sure you go through the VRBO app for David (who was lovely and responsive).

Very clean with everything needed to make breakfast, coffee etc. Excellent location. The provided fan was a life saver when it was a bit warm. If I am ever in the area and need a place to stay - I will absolutely try this again! Thank you!

It was Okay.

Overall, my stay was comfortable, but some rooms did not have lighting, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, the bath mat seemed worn out.

Lovely stay!

The apartment was clean and the host was helpful and responsive. There were restaurants, coffee shops, and great ice cream all within easy walking distance and it is just a short drive to the beach. The only issue we had was finding parking in the evenings, but that is expected in the area. We were at this location for almost a week and very much enjoyed our stay overall!

Pleasantly surprised with this place

Pleasantly surprised by the apartment, the price was really affordable compared to other places so I didn't know what to expect but I was really happy with the place, super clean, modern appliances, way more spacious than I thought. The only cons were the neighbors, walls are pretty thin but by the time we were going to bed (10-11pm) it was super calm again and last parking could be a struggle, but I think we got pretty lucky and always managed to park super close like just 1 minute or 2 walking distance. If I go back to LA I will definitely go there again

NOT RECOMMENDED (if you like to enter properties you rent)

Not a terrible place but the 2 hours I spent on the porch with the wrong code completely ruined any enjoyment I could have received from this place. Between the unresponsiveness of the property manager and VRBO, I will think long and hard before I use this app again. The next door neighbor had the same issue when they tried to check in around midnight and ended up leaving and not returning. Bottom line, unless you have hours to wait for property managers and VRBO to get it together, find somewhere else.

Awesome stay near Venice!

Really clean and great property in a great location. Some of the neighbours were a bit loud. Parking is difficult in the area if you’re planning to bring a car. But very close to transit options! Great proximity to Venice.

It had just what we needed. Just as other reviewers stated, it is a little warm with no AC and it is very hard to get parking- actually impossible.

Great Apartment & Location!

The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, close to Venice and Santa Monica. However, if I were to make a suggestion to further enhance the experience for future guests, I would recommend providing some chairs and umbrellas for the beach. While the proximity to the beach was fantastic, having these beach essentials readily available would have made our beach days even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for its cleanliness, amenities, and great location!

Cute little spot in West Culver City

We had a lovely stay for the weekend. Place was clean and check in was easy. No air conditioning (only central heat), but the weather was nice enough to have the windows open. There is a fan in the closet if it gets too hot. Only street parking, so future guests keep that in mind. Pay attention to street cleaning days! Close to Venice Beach and Santa Monica, and a quick ride to LAX. Very convenient for our stay. Would definitely rent here again!

Great Location

The rental was as advertised. The parking is really difficult; however the location overrides the issue. The apartment is clean and simple. I would suggest you open the windows and take in the good weather especially since there is no A/C.

Séjour très décevant

Communication très compliquée avec le propriétaire. Le code n’était pas le bon avant notre arrivée, et porte fermée à clef pendant notre séjour… une heure à attendre dehors sans réponse. Pas de gaz à notre arrivée, lumière cassée; tapis très sale. L’appartement est infesté de cafards. L’isolation sonore est plus que médiocre. On entend la télé des voisins comme si on y était ! Bien que le propriétaire se soit occupé approximativement des problèmes rencontrés dans l’appartement, le séjour est resté compliqué. Nous ne recommandons pas.

Great place to stay in

Very clean and well situated. I enjoyed staying there. My son loved it too. I did not bring my pets but I loved the space provided and the little bowls for the dog. That is cute.

I may have missed this in the listing but there is no parking with this unit and it can be hard to find street parking nearby. Unit was very clean and comfortable but can be loud depending on who is staying above or next to you. Also electricity is very finicky. Lights would go on and off and didn't work consistently. Also if you need sheets for the pullout make sure you ask before hand. We had to share a bed the first night because I didn't get a response when I requested sheets.

Was super clean, parking could be a lil difficult but eventually found some close on the street. It was so great and clean and super cute. Literally like 2 minutes to venice boardwalk and 10 to Santa monica. Great coffee nearby called vintage coffee that helps support the community. I loved it, felt safe and cozy(:
