Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Please make sure the gates to the backyard are closed and that the back doors are locked. Make sure the front door is closed.

The trash is located in the paved alleyway to the left of the kitchen back door. Please take out trash and recycling when leaving.

Please strip used beds and put linens, towels and washcloths in a pile by the french doors in the kitchen (by where the washer and dryer are located).

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
