This was the best rental I have ever stayed in. Pam’s beautiful home was clean and full of thoughtful touches such as hand lotion, complimentary coffee, a plethora of cooking items and spices, beautifully manicured backyard, and lots of extra blankets. The beds were comfortable too! There was excellent lighting in the bathrooms, plenty of towels and lots of space to spread out for the 5 of us in my family who stayed there. We appreciated driveway parking and we loved the less than 5 min walk to the Iranian bakery and international grocery store. We chose this home because we needed beds for 5 adults and didn’t want to do a home where someone had to sleep on a pull out couch. We would definitely stay here again. My only request would be more hooks to hang up towels. Pam was communicative, quick to respond and answered every question with helpful details. Thanks, Pam!

The host is very accommodating at this beautiful little house in San Jose. She is quick to respond to messages. The house is beautifully decorated. The back yard is a beautiful lush garden where one can relax and enjoy all the visual treats and surprises which live there. The house is clean and well cared for. I highly recommend I highly recommended this rental.

My family drove down to spend Thanksgiving and the home was perfect. The check in process could not be any easier and the home is beautiful. We ordered a premade turkey dinner that needed to be heated, and every possible plate, pot and utensil was available we needed for nothing. The beds were cozy, and the bathrooms were well stocked. Also, the neighborhood is nice and central to everything. We had such a great stay I highly recommend this place!

If I could, I would give this home a ten. I’ve never rented a home that had everything you could need and more. The beds were great as were the showers. Would loved to have spent more time in the beautiful backyard. Most Impressive was how responsive and helpful our host Pam was. She made our stay exceptional. We will definitely be back.

Great place to stay!

This was a great place to stay - great kitchen and backyard and the neighborhood was in a good location too. You're very close to the freeway and walking distance to groceries, Walgreens, and other shops. We would definitely stay here again and Pam was a great host!

Great vacation house!

I stayed at Pam’s house over the 4th of July weekend with my wife and her parents. We had a great time! The house was very accommodating for two couples, and we hosted a family dinner for 7 people at the large table on the wonderful covered patio. The landscaping in the back yard was like something out of a magazine. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed and had high quality appliances. The neighborhood was quiet, it felt safe, and it was centrally located for our day trips into San Francisco and elsewhere. Off-street parking was easy. There was a great fresh produce market and bakery a short walk away. I really can’t say enough good things about our stay. We would definitely rent from Pam again!

House near Los Gatos

We enjoyed our 2nd stay here just as much as the first time. Pam, the owner, is so nice and very responsive. Her flower gardens in the front and back are just beautiful. A very peaceful back patio.

A pleasant and comfortable home

We enjoyed a family Christmas in this pleasant home and luckily we’re able to spend time in the sunny garden patio as well. Was convenient and easily accessible for elderly.

Perfect home in San Jose that also allowed the doggies!

Just a lovely and perfect home in San Jose that also allowed us to bring the fur babies on a trip up to the south Bay Area for our son’s graduation. Lovely and VERY well stocked kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms, and a great backyard. Really just perfect.
