This was our first time in Hilton Head and we really enjoyed our stay at your place. The location was excellent, we took advantage of renting bikes but could also easily walk to Coligny Beach and Plaza. The condo was cute and comfy with great decor. We came for a long weekend to watch the RBC Heritage. Check in was online and we received information in a timely manner. The location was great. Easy walk to the beach. Easy walk to catch the shuttle. The condo had everything we needed for our short stay. Check out was really easy.

Check in was easy the place was clean and close to so many different things. Such as stores and the beachs. Also it was a easy check out. My wife left a dress in the closet and the owner informed us that if the housekeeper find it that he'll send it to us, so you can't ask for more honest person. I would rent the condo again if I was back at Hilton Head.

The Pool Was Closed.

Overall its a great area and a nice villa. We realize its off season, but the listing said heated pool. If the pool is closed, the owner should be aware it is closed for the season at a certain date and that should be noted in the listing. My son w/ Aspergers was looking forward to be able to swim so that put a damper on our trip. Prop manager was 4 stars as we had no reason to communicate with them.

Great location but cleanliness was lacking

Hilton head is one of our favorite places to go, so we decided to try a rental for the first time. We stayed Thursday-Sunday and for a cost of $1200+, I would have assumed the rental would be cleaner and stocked better. The carpet is shaggy upstairs and not clean. I pulled a blanket out of the closet that had obviously not been washed from some previous stay. There were Cheeto finger prints all over it. The bedskirt in the master had something all over it. There were no cleaning products to use while we stayed: broom, vacuum, etc.. Some of the electrical outlets didn’t work as well. Honestly, I’ll be more careful in the future when booking.

Rebecca, The homeowners were surprised to read your review, as they are accustomed to providing 5-star experiences, and would like to clarify the following: Owner's response: "Rebecca, We're sorry if your stay at our property did not meet your standards. - We do not have shag carpeting upstairs. We have the carpet cleaned regularly by a professional cleaning company. - We supply a broom and vacuum in the kitchen closet. - Every electrical outlet is up to the GFI Code and works properly. If you are referring to the living room outlet it is controlled by a switch near the doorway. - We were not aware there was a Cheeto-stained blanket in the closet, it may have been pulled and put away by a previous guest. We will have the housekeepers pull it out and launder it as well as follow up on this issue regularly to ensure it doesn't happen again. We actively strive to maintain the utmost level of cleanliness, so we appreciate your feedback. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. We will continue to deliver those 5-star experiences we are known for."

Close to Beach and great pool access

The condo was in a great location. Easy to get to the beach by foot, even with an infant in tow. There was also a lot of friendly shuttle drivers for the local trolley service that offered to drive us to Coligny Plaza. The plaza is great. So many good restaurants and nice shops. The beach amenities are really nice too. The condo has quick access to the pool as well which is nice. There are a lot of stairs so beware if you have any physical limitations that this might not be the best option for you. The condo was well equipped with most of what you need, but keep in mind that the following items weren't provided. (fairly standard, but I think it is worth mentioning so you know what to bring/buy) A couple of nice things that were provided were beach toys for kiddos, 1 pack of laundry detergent, 2 packs dishwasher detergent, a sponge, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Not included: 1. Beach or pool towels 2. Very little Tupperware 3. No zip lock bags or seran wrap 4. No spices or olive oil 5. No coffee 6. No on site grills

This condo is walkable to many things.

We enjoyed the location of this condo very much.....close to South Forest Beach, as well as Coligney Beach, Celebration Park, restaurants, grocery store, shops.... walkable to many places on Hilton Head....or ride a bike....the bike place is just around the corner. Very pleased with this condo.

Most relaxing condo on the island

This condo was decorated so nice and comfortable that we were able to relax and enjoy our vacation. It was nice having the Coligny Beach access just .4 miles away. We enjoyed having the pool just outside the back of the condo. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to return ourselves.
