Base reservations include 2 bedrooms with a sofa bed and 1 bathroom sleeping 6 guests. An optional 3rd bedroom with a private entrance and a full bathroom sleeping 1 extra guest is available for an additional $50 cleaning fee per night. Please inquire if you’d like to add this space to your stay.

Guest access
✔ Guests have full private access to the entire home — including both front and back patios, the spacious fenced backyard, and indoor spaces. ❗NOTE❗The downstairs separate-entry bedroom and bathroom access is available for an additional $50 cleaning fee per night.
✔ Self check-in is simple with a lockbox located near the front hose faucet (code provided before arrival).
✔ Garage access is included — with space for 1 vehicle and a remote stored on the kitchen shelf.
✔ Additional parking is available in the driveway and on the street (no restrictions or permits required).
✔ Laundry area with washer & dryer is available for guest use during your stay.

Other things to note
🔥 The wood-burning fireplace is available for use by request only.
👉 Please note there is a $30 additional cleaning fee associated with fireplace use due to ash and soot removal. Kindly message us in advance if you’d like to use it.

🛏️ The downstairs separate-entry bedroom and bathroom access is available for an additional $50 cleaning fee per night.

🚫 No air conditioning — the home stays comfortable with central heating and portable fans.

🗑️ Trash day is Thursday — guests are kindly asked to take out trash if it aligns with their stay or upon checkout.

🔐 For everyone's safety, there are Ring cameras at the front door and facing the exterior only. No indoor cameras.
