Luxury, elegant entirely renovated and fully equipped 70 sq/mt apartment with garden in the most exclusive district of Venice, one minute from the Accademia Bridge, campo Santo Stefano, and Palazzo Grassi Museum. With entrance from the private garden of 15th century Palazzo Falier and its private water taxi jetty, Canaletto Falier - with view on the private garden of Palazzo Falier and the canal Rio del Duca - has two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, a comfortable and fully furnished living room with satellite TV and internet ADSL and a fully equipped modern kitchen consolle. Canaletto Falier is finely decorated with Venetian “marmorino' and 'stucchi”, with original '1930' Venini” lamps all aver the apartment and italian marble new bathrooms. A quiet, and very elegant place in the most prestigious Venice district. On the day of your arrival and departure you can get into the apartment trough the prestigious entrance of Palazzo Falier on the Grand Canal.

This apartment was perfect! The location is great, close enough to walk to everything but in a quiet area. The 2 bedrooms were great and the bathrooms were a good size, much bigger than some of the places we stayed during our Italy trip. We would stay here again and would recommend it to others!

Our host, Orial, met us from our private water taxi and showed us to the apartment. Orial was easy to reach and responded right away! We would definitely recommend this apartment.

Great experience in this very comfortable, centrally located flat. The two bathrooms was a huge plus. Really nice fixtures in the bathrooms, felt very upscale. Great for two couples. Bedrooms are on opposite sides of the flat so each bedroom felt very private. Beds were very comfortable. Windows have screens that pull down if needed which is a plus. Very quiet location. Would most definitely stay here again.

Giovanni was very responsive to our inquiries. The apartment is as described and even better. It is in an extremely convenient location, which made all of our sightseeing very easy. Lots of delicious restaurants, entertainment, concerts, tourist destinations, and multiple gondola launch sites within a short walk. As this was our first visit to Venice, we particularly appreciated that Giovanni arranged for someone to meet us at the Water Taxi and escort us to the apartment for showing us how to get in, and how everything worked. we have already recommended this location to friends who will be traveling to Venice within the year.

Compact but fully equipped kitchen. We really spent very little time there, since the whole point of the trip was to visit Venice. We had a comfortable bed, large bedroom, nice shower.Common room had comfortable seating for the 4 of us. Close to a water taxi spot that could take us all the way to the airport. 10-12 minute walk to San Marco square, and just a few more to get to the Rialto Bridge. Wifi a little weak; a toss-up between that and 4G.
