Welcome to Casa No Worries — where the only thing on your to-do list is relaxing, making memories, and soaking up the South Florida sunshine. This updated 4BR, 3BA home is perfectly located just 9 minutes from the beach, less than 3 minutes to The Gardens Mall, and close to restaurants, movie theaters, and spring training baseball at Roger Dean Stadium and FITTEAM Ballpark — all the essentials for a laid-back family escape or couples’ getaway.

The space is designed for fun and comfort, with two king master bedrooms (one a private suite with its own entrance), plus two queen bedrooms — plenty of room for everyone to spread out and unwind. Both masters have ensuite bathrooms, smart TVs, and tropical-inspired touches to keep the Florida vibes flowing.

Three full bathrooms make mornings easy — two with walk-in showers, and one with a shower/tub combo perfect for the little ones.

Gather in the open kitchen and living area — there’s plenty of space to cook, eat, and lounge. Stainless steel appliances, custom wood cabinets, and a breakfast bar make meals easy. Kick back in the comfy lounge, stream your favorites on the smart TVs, or head outside to where Casa No Worries really comes alive.

We love sharing our home, but we’re serious about keeping it peaceful for everyone — this is a family-friendly neighborhood with great neighbors.

✅ STRICT NO PARTY POLICY — No parties, events, or gatherings of any kind
✅ Quiet hours: 8 PM to 9 AM — no loud music inside or out
✅ Max 3 cars on the property — no street parking
✅ No smoking or vaping inside — $400 fee if violated
✅ No drugs or illegal substances anywhere — including the backyard
✅ No pets — sorry, no exceptions
✅ Respect the home as if it were your own — violations may result in eviction

Additional Guests: If you plan to have more people at the home than listed on your reservation, you must get prior approval — unapproved guests may result in eviction.

🌴 Amenities, TV & Pool Heating Info:
✅ Pool heat available: $25/day — 7-day minimum or full stay (whichever is less). Let us know in advance if you'd like it on.
✅ Gas BBQ Grill & Kitchen Oven: Guests are responsible for cleaning after use. If left dirty, a $150 cleaning fee applies.
✅ 3 Smart 4K TVs (Samsung & Roku): Local channels (ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX) + streaming apps — bring your logins.
✅ Laundry detergent, shampoo, soap, fresh sheets & towels provided — plus professional cleaning after every stay.
