This architect-designed condo features a fully appointed kitchen with granite tile countertops and maple cabinets. The small bedroom features a custom murphy bed for a cozy night's sleep. Enjoy unwinding in the living room complete with smart TV and oversized leather couch.

Just a 3 minute walk to Fanny Hill and one block downhill from the Snowmass Mall, right across from Lot 4 (parking is available for $15/night and is a very short walk to the condo.)

Other amenities include dishwasher, washer/dryer in-unit, boot dryer, pool and bath towels, and hairdryer.
