The kitchenette includes a fridge, stove, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, and utensils. High-speed Wi-Fi at 300/300 Mbps and full air-conditioning ensure a smooth, comfortable stay.

housekeeping is provided every 7 days as a full cleaning with linen change; a reminder is sent at 6:00 PM the day before, and a full reset is always completed on check-out day



Included During Your Stay:

- Electricity: It will be charged at 7 THB per unit. I’ll send meter photos at check-in and check-out to keep everything transparent.

- Water: Free of charge.

- Cleaning: linens & towels changed once a week

- Pool: On ground floor & beach access

🚫 What’s Not Allowed:

- No pets

- No smoking inside (okay on the balcony)

- Do not flush toilet paper. Please use the bin provided in the bathroom.

- No durian, drugs, or illegal substances

- Quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

**Early check-in / late check-out may be possible depending on availability (extra fee may apply).

Maximum occupancy is 2 people.

No deposit needed. Just kindly take care of the space — any damages will be charged at cost if needed.
