Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please remember to take any trash to the dumpster at the clubhouse on village rd/beech mtn parkway on your way out.
During winter months, ensure the thermostats are set between 55-65 degrees when you check-out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Absolutely no smoking or vaping on property
All trash must be bagged and taken to the dumpster at the bottom of village road, near the clubhouse. Do not leave any trash outside- bears are real

The condo was well equipped, unlike most condos in the mountains. The host was fantastic and very responsive. This is a new unit on the rental list for VRBO. In my opinion. It is a must stay. The condo itself has had some renovations and is very tastefully done as well as comfortable. Again, if you’re looking for a two bedroom condo next to Beech Mountain this is a must stay.
