Perfect for two couples traveling together, or visits with the grandparents, this Lincoln City vacation spot is a charming way to spend your beach trip. Recently renovated and offering amenities like WiFi, cable TV, board games, and a roaring fireplace, this home is perfectly accessible for those with limited mobility, and cozy for everybody! In addition, it's also pet-friendly for dogs.
Located just four blocks from the beach (or six blocks west for handicap and elderly access), this lovely two-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat is rich in ornate decor and natural light. There's plenty of space for two cars to park (please do not park on the street).
Enter into a spacious kitchen with all the necessary appliances, plus a few extras like a blender and a mixer. Spread out through the open floor living/dining area - eat at the luxurious table for five, our head out to the deck for a cook out and great views.
Settle into two separate living spaces - a TV room, with a fireplace and a flatscreen for game show nights or board game tournaments, and a second sitting room with vintage furniture for reading the paper or a good book.
On the main floor is a queen bedroom with a handicap-accessible bathroom. Follow the spiral staircase to the top of the stairs where you'll find a king bed dressed for royalty, a music player, and a small sitting area - perfect for a couple who want a private, romantic evening alone. And if you do bring your pets, it's just a small nightly fee.
Whether enjoying a couples' weekend, a family visit, or a gaggle of friends treating yourselves to adventure, you'll find plenty to do here in Lincoln City - the beach is near at hand, Chinook Winds Casino is close by, and drive five minutes south for dining, shopping, and kids' activities.

About Vacasa, OR - Oregon Coast Office
Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental managementthings like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this homeour team is standing by!

We most definitely loved the view of the ocean from the huge picture windows. The open concept with the kitchen and living room was nice. The home was clean and bug-free. It was definitely dated but the furniture had character and there were some upgrades.
My husband and I slept in the downstairs bedroom, which could use a new mattress and our adult son was comfortable in the upstairs bedroom. We had our dog with us and it was very easy to let her out for potty.
The location of the home was great. Easy to get to the places we needed to go.
We enjoyed our time there!
Ocean View Terrace - a dated gem
I hate to leave this review because I want to keep this place all for myself. It's dated, yes, but as older vacationers with a dog it is of our era. The view is to die for and Safeway, drug store, pizza, McMennamin's , and the casino are just a hop, skip & a jump away. It is a bit of a downhill hike through the neighborhood to get to the beach - thus an uphill hike to get back - but if you (or your dog) need to burn off some energy this is no issue. You can always drive a few blocks to the Road's End parking lot if you don't want the walk. We cook most of our meals when at the coast. The kitchen met our needs (with a few suggestions for additions to glassware & better non-stick pans.) The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were clean & well stocked. This is our go to place when we want to visit Lincoln City.
The front drive way will only accommodate 1 vehicle. Location is great with terrific views. Don't try to take a large bag up the spiral staircase. If your thinking of BBQ , bring or get a small bottle to attach to it. Nice place for a couple and a puppy.
Relaxing. Location is close to everything.
Great view, quiet neighborhood, shot drive to Roads End park. No propane on tbe BBQ was a bummer. You can only park one car in front of the garage .
My husband and I stayed the weekend here with our dogs. The home was well equipped and absolutely spotless! The view is absolutely gorgeous-the only thing that would make it better is a hot tub. This is an older home, but is very well taken care of. We did not love the spiral staircase, but really enjoyed our stay otherwise l.
Nice little neighborhood house with lovely ocean views
Really enjoyed staying at this little beach house. Nicely kept up and clean. We enjoyed using the gas fireplace. Fairly big hill to climb to get back from the beach by 50th street, but if you are in good health, not a problem.
