Dog friendly oceanfront home with private hot tub sauna and incredible view
Summary:
Waive Time
The Space:
Perched high above the shoreline, Waive Time is a truly special oceanfront escape in Lincoln City - where crashing waves, salty air, and sweeping 180-degree views of the Pacific surround you from nearly every room. This two-story, circular-designed home offers a front-row seat to nature, blending comfort, space, and unforgettable scenery.
Wake up to the sound of the surf and watch the light change across the water through expansive windows facing south, west, and north. Below, a peaceful stretch of beach invites morning walks and tide-pooling, while Roads End State Recreation Site is just up the road. You’re also less than a mile from Chinook Winds Casino, with Lincoln City’s restaurants, shops, festivals, and coastal events only minutes away.
After a day spent beachcombing, boogie boarding, hiking, or exploring town, come home to relax and reconnect. Soak in the private oceanview hot tub, unwind in the sauna, or gather on the upper deck for sunset dinners with the waves as your backdrop.
Inside, the home was beautifully remodeled in 2025, offering a clean, updated, and comfortable stay throughout. The main living area upstairs features an open layout with a well-equipped kitchen, dining space, and living room - all framed by dramatic ocean views. Cozy up by the gas fireplace, enjoy movie nights, or simply watch the waves roll in.
Downstairs, a second living space adds room to spread out, complete with a woodstove, foosball table, TV, games, DVDs, and books. Perfect for families and rainy coastal days. The private sauna is just steps away for the ultimate après-beach relaxation. Three thoughtfully appointed bedrooms, plus a queen-size fold-out bed, comfortably sleep up to eight guests. Comfortable beds, quality furnishings, ample linens, and strong Wi-Fi ensure everyone feels at home, whether you’re here for a long weekend or an extended stay.
Outside, keep an eye out for deer and local wildlife as you take in the tranquil surroundings. The beach is within easy walking distance, and while parking is slightly sloped, as is common along the coast, the location more than makes up for it.
Whether you’re planning a family getaway, a small group retreat, or a peaceful escape filled with outdoor adventure, coastal events, and ocean views that never get old, Waive Time delivers an unforgettable Lincoln City experience.

Rooms/bathrooms clean. The only issues was the pull out couch had durty sheets. Other than that everything was amazing. Gorgeous view. I would definitely stay again.
What a beautiful spot on the coast! We loved the views, the sauna, and the hot tub. Easy walk to the sand. Our children (three teens and a preteen) hunted for Easter eggs in the gorgeous tree and brush in the yard. We'd happily return next year. Thank you!
The house was great and had everything we needed: games, puzzles, view, , hot tub, sauna, Kitchen was supplied with a little of everything. Property/house was clean. Enjoyed the visit!!
Love the panoramic view, hot tub overlooking the beach was a plus. Property close to everything we wanted to do, going to reserve it same time next year for the Chinook Winds anniversary celebration.
Amazing views, comfortable beds, great amenities. The sauna was a hit and lots of room for everyone. The only comment I would make is that the dining room table only seats four comfortably. We brought a foldable table to play games on with six of us so it worked out great.

Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback. We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the amazing views, comfortable beds, and great amenities during your stay. It's fantastic to know that the sauna was a hit and that there was plenty of room for everyone. We appreciate your comment regarding the dining room table seating. Your suggestion is valuable, and we will certainly take it into consideration for future improvements. We're glad to hear that you were able to make it work with a foldable table for your game nights. We hope to host you again soon.
Location is great, it only takes a few minutes to walk to the beach. View from the balcony is beautiful, the windows all around the kitchen and living room are really nice. One bedroom doesn't have an enclosed ceiling, that was a little random to find out.
Great house. It was clean and extremely well supplied. Ocean front was wonderful. Weather didn’t cooperate at, but we had no control over that. Loss of power also out of our control. Looking forward to returning.

Thank you, Philip, for your feedback! We are happy you enjoyed this home. We look forward to welcoming you back for another wonderful getaway in the future!
The Roads End neighborhood is very nice. Close to all restaurants and stores. The view is spectacular. The house was very uncomfortable. Hard to get up and down the very steep stairs from bedroom to small kitchen area. Not enough room for our family of eight to be together.

We apologize for any inconvenience that you have encountered during your stay. We appreciate your feedback about the home and this has been forwarded to our local team for improvements. We do hope we will have another chance to host you.
We have made it a tradition to spend 4-5 days in Lincoln City during Thanksgiving the last five years and by far, this property had the best views and location was excellent. We loved being 5 mins to Chinook Winds, Safeway, Pub Fish n Chips, etc.
A couple minor things that could be updated to improve future stays, but overall, we were very happy.
- pots and pans could use a refresh. No matter how much butter or EVOO we used, everything stuck.
- house definitely leans, which was a bit unnerving at first, but we got used to it.
- if you have a small dog, be careful as the space between the wood on the gate on the balcony is far enough apart for our 16 pound shih tzu to swueeze through so we made sure she was always on a leash.
We also loved taking our senior dog down to the beach - theres an access point at the bottom of the hill that can be tricky in the rain, but was such an amazing treat.
Thanks for making our 5th Thanksgiving in Lincoln City another memorable one!

Great little getaway for my wife's birthday. House was great (dishwasher, not so much), well appointed and very comfortable. The view is stunning! We will be back!
