Beautiful, large apt, RIGHT downtown. Metro & Convention Center 2 blocks. Ideal for business & vacation.

This stunning 1890s Victorian blends historic charm with modern comfort. Well appointed with all the essentials. A spacious eat-in kitchen seats 4 guests and is fully stocked. It's a bright space with recessed lighting and exposed brick. Located on a quiet one way street in the heart of Washington DC. Endless award-winning restaurants and museums are just a short walk.

It is entirely your space. The back yard is shared with the upstairs house.

Fastest wifi available. The apartment offers YOUTUBETV , and a sound system. The eat-in kitchen seats 4 around a granite table and is fully stocked. Bosch washer and dryer and dishwasher. Keyless entry. The apartment offers shopping cart for grocery at the end of the block. Queen size bed with built-in storage. Parking available with Electric charging station by written arrangement, subject to availability.

In the heart of downtown! METRO Convention Center (green/yellow) - 2 blocks away. Just 7 metro stops from the Convention Center to Reagan National Airport

This apartment is subject to noise as it is an old building and you can hear footsteps above you.
Walk out your door and you are in one of DC finest neighborhoods, just 6 blocks to the National Mall. Mt Vernon/ Convention Center Metro stop 2 blocks. K street is two blocks away. Museums, restaurants and shopping just a block away. A Grocery store open 24 hours, 3 min walk.

Safety section: 1-2 steps are required to enter the home.

Comfortable, well-stocked, convenient location for exploring the heart of DC. For walkers it’s an easy stroll over to the main sites, as well as just a few blocks from the metro. You are a half block from a grocery store as well as numerous restaurants. Very easy via metro to get to/from DCA, even later at night. The beds were comfortable with plenty of space for my adult son & I. Communication & check-in/out was friendly and easy and I was able to store my bag for a few hours before my afternoon flight home. Thank you for a great base to relax and explore.
