Hot Tub Oasis: Relaxing and Spacious Home

Summary:

Welcome to our retreat! A clean & spacious home with everything that you'd need for your stay in Raleigh. In addition to a cozy living area, we have an outdoor area with a hot tub overlooking a lake & a pool table for fun & entertainment. The bedrooms have cozy beds with king & queen mattresses with computer desks in every room. We'd love to host you!



The Space:

You'll have access to the entire main level of the home, while the bottom floor/basement is reserved for an appointment-based massage therapy business operating from 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM. As such, you may encounter the massage therapist and clients outside during your stay. Guests are able to schedule a massage session (pending availability)—just ask if you're interested during your stay!

The Living Areas

Relax in a cozy and spacious carpeted living room with ample seating, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Enjoy your favorite movie or show on the big-screen smart TV.



The Bedrooms

A great night’s sleep is key to a great stay, so we’ve provided comfortable mattresses and soft linens. The home features one bedroom with a king-size bed and two bedrooms with queen-size beds.



The Kitchen

Cook with ease in the fully stocked kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances. A dining table comfortably seats six for shared meals and conversation.



The Game Room

For a little friendly competition, enjoy our game room featuring a pool table and dartboard—perfect for fun during your downtime.



Outside Patio & Hot Tub

Spend your evenings soaking in the hot tub, or lounging in Adirondack chairs on our patio, enjoying the beautiful North Carolina weather. The fire pit is not meant to be used by guests so we don't provide firewood.



Location

Situated in NW Raleigh, we're just a 15-minute drive from the airport, The Lenovo Center, Finley-Carter Stadium, the State Fairgrounds, and Research Triangle Park. Shopping and dining options abound at Crabtree Valley Mall and Brier Creek, both just five minutes away. Nature lovers will appreciate that Umstead State Park is also a short five-minute drive, while Downtown Raleigh is about 20 minutes away.

Guest Access:

You'll have access to the entire main level of the home, while the bottom level is locked off. Please note that the driveway is shared with clients of the on-site massage therapy business.



The Neighborhood:

Located just off Glenwood Avenue, this area offers easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment. Crabtree Valley Mall and Pleasant Valley Promenade are minutes away, featuring a mix of local and national retailers.



Major attractions are within a 15-minute drive, including RDU Airport, Downtown Raleigh, and Lenovo Center (formerly PNC Arena). With quick access to I-40 and I-540, getting around the city is easy.



Getting Around:

A car or ride-sharing service is the best way to get around, and Uber/Lyft are readily available. Public transportation options are limited in this area.

Please note that a washer and dryer are not located within the guest portion of the home. If you would like access to laundry during your stay, please let us know at the time of booking. A laundry unit is available in the space where the massage therapy room is located, and the Host will meet you during your stay to provide access the first time. Guests may use it independently as needed, outside of the massage therapy business hours.
