Conveniently located just 6 minutes from Diamond Peak Ski Resort, 12 minutes from Mt. Rose, and 25 minutes from Northstar, with snowshoeing available right from the backyard or just five minutes away at Tahoe Meadows sledding and snowshoeing park.

The house features a stunning living room with cathedral ceilings and a large two-story stone fireplace, with peeking views of the lake. It has two full bedrooms and two full bathrooms, including a master bedroom with a jacuzzi tub. The two bedrooms feature one king and one queen bed, booth with healthy, luxury European Sleepworks organic mattresses. A second-story loft offers an office, a library, and a queen sleeper bed (very comfortable, `All American Leather` Co). An additional small queen foldable chair/bed is available. The house comfortably accommodates up to eight people or three-four couples.

The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped for a gourmet-cooking experience, perfect for long winter nights. Enjoy meals in the cozy dining nook or the larger dining room with a live-edge wooded table that seats 8-10.

Our large outdoor deck includes a fire pit, dining table, and swing overlooking the forest. Modern conveniences include a 65` smart TV with streaming services like Netflix and Amazon, high-speed WiFi, and a Sonos sound system. Ample parking is available for multiple cars.

The house is just 3-5 minutes from local coffee shops, grocery stores, and gourmet restaurants, including the Incline Village Hyatt spa, shopping, fine dining, and even gambling for the adventurous.

This beautiful house has three main stories, the bottom floor has long-term tenants with a separate entrance, so please be respectful. The tenants will park on the far left side in front of the garage. There is space for at least two cars on the right side.
