Ceci est 1 des 3 propriétés que nous avons à louer sur Muletown Farm. Une charmante cabine entièrement équipée construite au début des années 1800 comme une cabine "d'écrivain". Salle de bain, fenêtres, chauffage et climatisation, foyer au gaz ont récemment été mis à jour pour rendre votre séjour ici aussi relaxant que possible. Profitez d'une vue imprenable sur le coucher du soleil dans une ferme calme. Sirotez une tasse de café sur le porche de la chaise à bascule ou faites cuire quelques s'mores autour du foyer. Promenez-vous dans notre propriété de 32 acres ou montez dans la voiture pour une randonnée aux chutes Stillhouse Hollow à proximité. La cabine comprend 2 lits doubles et une causeuse gigogne. Louez cette cabane pour vous et votre famille ou louez les 3 et amenez vos amis!

Nous sommes situés à seulement 55 minutes du centre-ville de Nashville et à 40 minutes du centre historique de Franklin.

My sister and I loved staying at Mule Town this past weekend. The setting is pastoral and tranquil, and the interiors encourage you to rest and feel restored. It was a very cold weekend, but it was so cozy, welcoming and warm inside. Holly was gracious and caring and we are so grateful.

Great farm stay in beautiful settings

Truly loved our stay at Muletown Farm. We are a family of five (17, 15, 10) and the cabin were roomy enough and the porch is the place to be.

Charming & Peaceful

We were in town from Michigan for a long weekend to elope and selected this quaint cabin for privacy and peacefulness during our stay. Everything was well appointed and simply charming. Holly was great to work with; we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will rent again when we come back again. We loved it!!

Wonderful, peaceful place to stay! Had everything and more to feel at home during our stay. Sat around the fire pit with a roaring fire and enjoyed each others company. Would love to come back to stay again!

Very nice early 1800 era cabin with tons of history. Its been somewhat modernized but still feels like the old cabin it is. The surrounding grounds where nice to walk around and visit with horses, chickens and turkey

My family stayed at all three properties on the farm for a wedding in town and we all enjoyed our stay. My husband, stepdaughter, and I stayed in the cabin. It was perfect for three. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

This place is a gem!

Everything was as described. It was a great getaway for my wife and I for our anniversary. The gas fireplace was great. Overall it was very cozy! I wish we were able to stay longer, but we hope to return again soon and with carrots to feed Dixie!

Country Comfort

Great place to relax and enjoy the time of rocking on the porch, walking in the fields and trees, and watching the horses graze in the pastures. The hosts were wonderful and friendly.

Hi! We’re the Browns. We fell in love with this 31-acre farm in 2017 and knew right away it was something special. We were looking for a peaceful place to slow down and get away from the busyness of life, and this land became that for our family. Now we love sharing it with guests who just need a place to relax, breathe a little deeper, and enjoy a little farm life for a few days.

One of the things we love most about this farm is you're just a short drive from Nashville and Franklin but when you come back here, life slows down.

We came here thinking we were going to restore an old farm, but the truth is this place restored us too. That’s the kind of peace we hope people find when they visit..

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

This farm has quite a story behind it. The land was originally part of a larger parcel granted by George Washington to Colonel Grant for his leadership during the Revolutionary War.

Over time, the property made its way to the Armstrong family, who came here from South Carolina and worked the land for many years. Local history also says that Davy Crockett spent many nights here on the farm while traveling through the area, which is one of our favorite stories connected to this place.

The log walls of this cabin have been standing here for generations, and it’s pretty amazing to think about the people who have gathered inside them over the years. There’s something about this place that sparks creativity. The quiet and history of the farm inspired my husband to write a book while we were in the process of restoring it.

Eventually the farm was owned by Dr. George, a beloved livestock veterinarian in Maury County. After he passed away, the property sadly fell into disrepair for a time.

When we found it, we could see the history and the potential right away. Since then, we’ve been slowly bringing the farm back to life and turning it into the kind of peaceful hobby farm and gathering place we knew it could be.

Our hope is that when people come here they can slow down, breathe a little deeper, enjoy the land, and leave feeling a little more refreshed than when they arrived. And if you stay with us, you’re really becoming part of the next chapter in the farm’s story.
