I had a fantastic stay! Communication was great with the host and I appreciated the easy check-in because I was delayed in my travels so I got in late. Key was waiting for me! The space itself was so cozy. The living and kitchen area were perfect. The bed was soft and comfortable. The property is right by a coffee shop so this made it even more special! Definitely a great place to stay. Hope to get soon.

This cozy casita was a good fit for my visit to the Rio Grande Valley. I used this location to venture out each day to bird the surrounding area. The unit was clean and comfortable, providing everything I needed for my stay.

The host was very accommodating and had the rental very well supplied with anything from soap to coffee, plus it was so nicely decorated. The rental and host made us feel right at home! I would gladly use them again!!

Instructions on how to adjust hvac would be nice. The bed was very nice and comfortable. Coffee maker worked. The toilet lid will not stay up so men must sit to pee.

This is one of those perfect little places set up for everything that you need whether you choose to cook or not cook and we choose to cook everything is there that you need! The bed is delicious and I cannot say enough great things about this property! Although because it was a quick visit and mostly dealing with aging parents, we did get a little bit of time to hang out in the cute little courtyard they have… We didn’t build a fire because of the wind, but it was six minutes from where my parents were staying. I do my own landscaping, and I see where they are going with a lot of their new plantings, and there is definitely a beautiful vision to a mini Shangri-La in the years to come! The café coffee shop in the front is amazing and the people that run it are just beautiful souls… Overall, it was the best part of our stay in the area while dealing with mostly logistics. We are also VRBO owners so I just appreciate that they thought of everything.Would recommend to anyone coming into the valley!
