About Brian Forrester
Brian and Heather Forrester and their children, Andrew, Devin, and Aiden, welcome you to our Serenity Bay home! We purchased our Lake house just this year and are excited to share it with you. Brian is a Information Technology Director for a municipality in Greer, South Carolina and Heather college professor for Greenville Technical College. Andrew works for BMW in Greer, Devin is a 5th grader, and Aiden is only 2 years old. When we are not working or taking care of a toddler, we enjoy spending time with our families on the lake.
Brian Forrester purchased this House in 2013
Why Brian Forrester chose Serenity Bay
We have always enjoyed boating and staying on Lake Keowee. It has been our life long dream to own a lake house. Recently, we were presented with an opportunity to purchase this home and have a permanent place to enjoy our favorite past time.
What makes this House unique
We immediately feel in love with this home because of its many unique qualities. The home is located in a beautiful and well maintained community. It has a great view of the lake from within the home and on the wrap around porch. It has a paved driveway and parking for three cars. The master bathroom is also unique because of the huge shower and walk-in closet.

Beautiful getaway! Well equipped home.
Wonderful spot for a family getaway! Serene and quiet, perfect destination to recharge and relax.
Great place for Christmas Heather O.
We really enjoyed our stay in the house for Christmas. The house is very well kept and clean. Everything you would need is already there for you. We love staying in Serenity Bay!! Brian was very polite and answered all of my questions promptly. We will definitely be back soon. Thanks again for everything.
Perfect for football weekend
Nice, clean home with all the amenities close to Clemson. Everything was as described.
Very disappointed in the location, 2 house rows back from lake. Very minimal lake view
Barely a view of the lake. The AC thermastat would only adjust temp for a short while, then would go to an internal programmed temp that was not adjustable. We had to constantly get up every 2 hours to adjust temp. The house itself was a nice home, but very disappointed in the location.
Beautiful and well maintained
Just as described and illustrated in the pictures, this is a well maintained home on the northwest side of the lake. Brian was very professional and accommodating. He quickly responded to my inquiry and within 48 hours I had received all the instructions necessary to find and access the home. Thankfully his instructions were spot-on as we arrived at 1am after a 13-hour drive and it is quite dark in that area. (Great star-gazing!)
Everything functioned well in the home except for the fireplace. Beds were quite comfortable, master bath is huge, and kitchen is well appointed. Coffee maker is a Keurig for all you caffeine addicts so bring your K-cups. Wireless, Direct-TV, and washer/dryer worked just fine. The house was perfectly comfortable with the thermostat set at 72. (Outside temps dropped to freezing during our stay.)
It is a 3-minute walk down the hill to the water's edge and a 15-minute drive into downtown Seneca. Jogging was a challenge due to the hills adjacent to the subdivision and the narrow roads in the surrounding country side. There is a 1.2 mile loop around the Seneca Recreation Complex that satisfied my daughter's cross-country training needs. We found some great hiking trails within a 20 minute drive which were listed on sctrails.net. I highly recommend the Ram Cat Social House in Seneca for a warm & friendly dining experience.
Many thanks Brian for your hospitality and providing a stress free get away for our family of 6 and the dog. We became Clemson fans as we watched them beat OSU and look forward to returning during the summer as we can only imagine how much fun the lake will be when it's warm.
We had a wonderful stay! The house had everything we needed and more. The grandkids loved the games and the sandbox.
