Peaceful and comfortable cottage. The hosts were great. The hiking trail was beautiful, when the leaves turn it will be incredible! We saw deer each evening on the yard. We definitely will be back!

This place was amazing! Very clean, provided everything you would need in kitchen and bathroom. The property is well maintained. Beautiful location with beautiful hiking trails. We will definitely be back!

No complaints here! A wonderful little spot tucked back on quiet road. Easy access to all the local spots and just a quick drive into Cookeville. The host was fantastic. Quick to respond and easy communication.The house itself is a great size for 2 and has everything you need. First impressions are key and when we walked in the house was clean, ambient music playing and cold AC. My wife and I will be in Cookeville later this year and this will be the location we seek out for a rental again!

The cottage was very well done, perfect retreat for 2! Lovely gas fp in backyard surrounded by woodland and sounds of nature. The owners left many special extras that made it feel like home....even farm fresh eggs!

Everything was great! The dozen farm fresh eggs were greatly appreciated! Visited all the local state parks and took a rainy day to drive down to Ruby Falls and Lookout Mountain. Had dinners in nearby Cookeville and Gainesboro plus one at the cottage.
