We had the most amazing stay and couldn't have asked for a better place for our hen weekend.From the moment we arrived, it was clear how much thought and care had gone into making the house special. Every room was beautifully presented, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The little touches and attention to detail throughout the property really made our stay feel extra special.The house was perfect for a large group, with plenty of space for everyone to relax, socialise, and enjoy the weekend together. The facilities were fantastic, and everything was exactly as described.Communication was excellent from start to finish, making the whole process completely stress-free. We especially appreciated all the thoughtful extras that made the weekend feel so welcoming and memorable.We honestly couldn't have chosen a better place to celebrate. Thank you for helping make such a special occasion even more unforgettable. We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-equipped place to stay and would love to return in the future.

Very many positive things about this property. Plenty of space for our large family gathering, including very nice outdoor space, cinema room and well equipped kitchen. Thoughtful extras like snacks left. Lovely location - we walked 10 minutes to Kings Norton station to meet one of our party, mostly through greenery on what I think is a cycle path, starting just outside the house. Room to park our 3 cars comfortably on the drive. Top floor bedroom is amazing - huge, with lovely ensuite bathroom and walk in wardrobe / dressing room. Host is extremely responsive and couldn't be more helpful, gives the feeling that nothing is too much trouble. Only negative I have is some of the ensuite bathrooms. In addition to the top floor there were 3 other ensuite (we thought we were getting 2 so that was a bonus) but 2 of them were tiny and had no door. The sink was incorporated into the top of the toilet cistern but for washing your face or cleaning teeth this really doesn't work. Still, handy to have a toilet for night time, and as long as you know what you're getting. We would come again and would recommend to others. Great for family groups.

I'm so pleased the house worked well for your family gathering and that you made the most of the space, outdoor areas, cinema room and kitchen. It's great to hear the welcome treats were appreciated too! I'm also glad the location suited your group, particularly the easy walk to Kings Norton station and the convenience of having plenty of parking on the drive. The top-floor suite is a favourite with many guests, so it's wonderful to hear you enjoyed it. Thank you as well for your feedback on the ensuite bathrooms. Just to clarify for future guests, two of the bathrooms have space-saving sink designs, while the other ensuites have standard sinks, with the top-floor ensuite also featuring his-and-hers sinks. We always appreciate feedback, as it helps others get a clearer picture of the property's layout and facilities. It was a pleasure hosting you and your family, and I'm delighted to hear you would recommend the house and consider staying again. We'd love to welcome you back for another family get-together in the future.
