Guest will be responsible for any damaged items or any extra cleaning needed due to spills, chips or food on furniture , bedding, or anywhere else in the condo. The patio is about 30 feet off the ground and there are about 21 steps to the condo door. By renting you are agreeing you are 100% responsible for the kids safety and we are released from any and all liability no matter the reason or incident. You will also sign the rental agreement stating the same.

Why they chose this property

This condo is a Lakefront condo just steps to the water. The mall across the street and everything hotsprings within just a few miles. We are just off the main strip ( central avenue ) Mid America museum, Gator farm, casino, horse racing, Bathhouse Row, Lookout tower, Magic springs etc

What makes this property unique

One of the only lakefront complexes with the pool between it and the lake. It has one of the best views on Lake Hamilton.
