Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Wash the all dirty dishes and leave on the drying mat.
Tie up the trash bags so the odor does not escape. Do not leave any food items on the counters or table.
Set temp based on outdoor temp. If colder than 70 degrees then set the wall heater to 66. If it's 70 degrees or hotter then set Mini Split AC (snowflake displayed) on 74 degrees & wall heater off.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Renter agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking. No parties/events.
No smoking indoors or littering. Guest who booked must be present entire stay. Keep doors closed to prevent critters.
Dogs only (max 2). Crate when unattended. No pets on furniture/linens. Fees or eviction for violations.
