With five bedrooms featuring three queen beds and two full beds, two full baths and one half bath, laundry with brand new washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, dinning/living space, backyard, front porch, there’s plenty of space for guests to spread out and relax. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or just relaxing this nice home offers a brilliant setting for your stay. It’s easy to see why you’ll be able to unwind at our place. With plenty parking and just a quick drive from UNC campus and Franklin st.

Great location and floor plan for our family’s stay in Chapel Hill. Renovations and decor were appealing. Beds were comfortable. Nice kitchen countertop appliances available. We were out and about during the days and evening so the smallish living room was not a downside for us, and the seating was comfortable and flexible when we were there.

This VRBO is well apportioned with everything you need. Coffee bar was excellent. You could choose from French press, brewed coffee, or even Keurig. Plus, there is an electric tea pot to heat water quickly for French press or hot tea. Situated between Durham and Chapel Hill, it is very easy to find good places to eat and things to do. The surrounding countryside is beautiful and peaceful. Highly recommend this VRBO!

Carmen is a great hostess! She attended to special requests we made and responded to communications right away. She has put a great deal of care into decorating this adorable remodeled cottage. It is very quiet and cozy at night, and there are many beautiful trails for walking nearby. We had a wonderful time celebrating the holidays here! Thanks so much!
