Nestled near the iconic Cape Cod National Seashore, this charming early modern, romantic cottage (king bed) offers a private retreat in one of Eastham’s most desirable areas. Set on a large open lot with a partially fenced lawn, the property provides plenty of space to relax, play, and soak in the coastal air.

Located just a 7 min walk to Salt Pond Visitor Center, 5 minute bike ride to the Cape Cod Rail Trail and short walk to Minster Pond, it’s the perfect spot for guests looking to bike, kayak, or explore the natural beauty of the Outer Cape. Enjoy being close to the famous Nauset Lighthouse (5 minute drive) and Coast Guard beaches (14 minute bike ride via Nausset trail head, 5 minute drive) , scenic walking trails, and the vibrant Eastham community. Forgot bikes...We are in walking distance to bike rentals.

After a day of sun and adventure, rinse off in the outdoor shower, or unwind in the yard—complete with horseshoe pits and ample on-site parking, even enough space for your boat.

Hi! We’re Erik and Jessica. We’re based in Massachusetts and love spending time on Cape Cod, which is a big part of why we enjoy hosting. When we’re not working, you’ll usually find us exploring local beaches, trying new restaurants, biking the rail trail, or enjoying time outdoors with our family.
We became hosts because we genuinely enjoy creating warm, welcoming spaces for others to relax and make memories. Sharing our favorite area with guests is something we love, and we’re always happy to offer recommendations—whether it’s the best spot for sunrise, a great family beach, or where to grab dinner after a long day exploring.

We fell in love with this home for its exceptional location. It’s within walking distance of many local highlights, including the Salt Pond Visitor Center, which hosts free outdoor summer concerts, and offers easy access to beloved bike trails such as the Cape Cod Rail Trail and the Nauset Bike Trail. The Nauset Bike Trail leads directly to Coast Guard Beach—one of the Cape’s most stunning and unspoiled natural beaches.
We also love how conveniently located the home is to other favorite Cape destinations. Nearby Wellfleet is known for its outstanding restaurants and vibrant art galleries, while Provincetown offers an energetic, creative atmosphere that’s a must-visit for anyone coming to the Cape. Orleans is just a short drive away as well, with fantastic dining, charming beachy shops, and access to Nauset Beach—another iconic Cape Cod destination.
And of course, no stay would be complete without a visit to the famous Arnold’s Lobster & Clam Bar, just a five-minute bike ride from the house.

Guests can bike to iconic beaches like Coast Guard Beach, enjoy summer concerts just steps away, or explore nearby towns such as Wellfleet, Orleans, and Provincetown—all while returning to a quiet, comfortable retreat at the end of the day. The home is designed to feel welcoming and relaxing, with carefully chosen details that make it easy to settle in and truly enjoy your time on the Cape.
Another unique detail to our home is there is a modern cottage that can also be rented along with the home to allow for multigenerational stays or just extra space for larger families/friend groups.
Above all, what makes our property unique is the care we put into every stay. As long-time visitors and now hosts, we love sharing this special corner of Eastham and making sure our guests experience a seamless, memorable, and stress-free vacation.
