Wonderful vacation!

The condo is lovely, very convenient and close to delicious restaurants and gorgeous beaches. Our host, Margaret, was absolutely delightful, and we truly had all conveniences at our fingertips. Five stars and looking forward to our return visit!

Very Pleasant Stay

The condo was immaculate, very modernized, and well-maintained. We had a slight issue with one of the TVs, however, the host was very responsive and willing to remedy the issue during our stay. We would definitely stay again.

Enjoyable Stay

Margaret was a gracious & accommodating host. Condo was very clean. It was even supplied with some spices & salt & pepper. There were beach chairs & an insulated bag as well as pool floats which we made use of more than once. A very pleasant stay.

Excellent Host and Hostess, Well situated, Nice pool and space.

Margaret and Peter were excellent hosts and very responsive to our needs and requests. The apartment was very clean and nicely appointed with an excellent bed. The location was good relative to the various attractions and stores in the area which within reasonable driving distances. Margaret had also supplied many extras like dish and laundry soap and coffee, tea and sugar etc. We enjoyed our stay.

The condo was awesome, clean, new, everything worked, organized, nothing was missing, every amenity you could need was right where it should be. Never have Me and wife been so pleased with a vacation rental. Beaches, restaurants, shopping, were easily accessible. Checkin was flawless, manager was so pleasant and accommodating!

The Avalon is in a great location to everything and has a wonderful pool and outdoor space

We love the Avalon. It has a great pool and outdoor space. It is in a great location. The only thing was that the condo that we rented had a mildew smell and the bed was in really bad shape. Very uncomfortable

Clearwater, Florida Gem

We really enjoyed our time at the Condo, it was so centrally located to everything we wanted to do. Margret was an outstanding host providing us with all the amenities and more you would need during our stay. We had the pleasure of meeting Margret several times while she was on site, she is a very warm person who is always looking to make your stay more comfortable or giving you tips where to go.
