Welcome to our beautiful ground floor newly renovated with 2 bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms

Family with kids, young retired (snow birds) or just couples who want to spend romantic moments, everybody is welcome.

You are on vacation, so you do not have to worry about anything. You can just relax and enjoy you vacation with family or friends.

The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with a granite counter top and a relaxing covered balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon tea. Full linens are provided and you will enjoy having your own washer and dryer and a large walk-in closet.

Amenities in the living room include a 55’’ smart TV, cable and free unlimited wireless internet. Relax on brand-new sofa wide enough to accommodate 2 more people if needed.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed with night stand, attached bathroom and a big walk-in closet.

The second bedroom has 2 separated, full size beds, a night stand and a walk-in closet.

The condo is located in a beautiful gated community, minutes away from Clearwater Beach, voted # 1 beach in U.S. in 2013. There is a lot of free parking space inside the gated community.

You can enjoy water sports, fishing, and boating and beach activities. If you want to explore Florida, it is 90 min away from the major attractions like Orlando Theme Parks (Disney, Universal Studio and SeaWorld), 45 min away from Bush Gardens and much more.

At the property, you can enjoy a beautiful salted, heated swimming pool, fitness centre and an elegant clubhouse with business centre and internet access.
Supermarket and good restaurants are within walking distance.

Just 15 min to St. Pete’s Clearwater Airport and 25 min drive to Tampa Int’l Airport.

Place was very clean. Lots of supplies. Pool was fantastic. Only complaint was the living room furniture. Uncomfortable and somewhat cheap. Bedroom furniture was very comfortable.

Clean, lots of extras in the room that help make you comfortable. Well stocked and chairs and things to take to the beach. Great communication with the owners. Pool was great and the crowd at the condo was good. We enjoyed ourselves.

Nice place!

This was a very clean and enjoyable condo. They provided many necessities and were receptive to my inquiries. It is a gated community and attractive grounds. Short drive to many beaches and a nice pool area and clubhouse with a gym. The beds were comfortable.

Overall it was positive. We arrived late at night & a security guard helped us in. The owners were very responsive to questions after arrival. I struggled with the “Box” website for printing the contract. I finally made a screen print of the contract & enlarged it. We were traveling with grandkids & were a bit uneasy. I texted owners several questions prior to arrival & did not always get prompt answers. We’ve stayed in VRBO units for 20 years, & this unit was very nice - we’d rate it 8 out of 10.

Great stay!

Stayed (3 guests) while visiting family in Tampa. Our hosts were awesome. We got in extremely late and there was a bit of confusion about the security gate and code but our host was available to take the call at 3am to help us out. The condo was clean, well decorated/furnished and smelled great. The beds were also comfortable. There was a bit of noise from the upstairs neighbors but nothing too disturbing. I’ve never stayed at a place that was better stocked with supplies and dishes. It was very comfortable. We felt safe and secured. Additionally, I found a local coffee shop just down the street that offered amazing coffee and food. The location was good as we were only minutes from the beach, food and shopping . I would definitely recommend if you plan to stay in Clearwater.

Everything You Need and More

We spent a week at this lovely condo. We were 3 adults and one child. The condo had everything we needed - and more! There was the pool for our grandson, two full size beds, one each for our grandson and daughter, a king size for us "seniors," two separate bathrooms with plenty of privacy, a large, well appointed living room and dining room, a cozy dining area out on the lanai. We made good use of the up-to-date washer and drier, dishwasher, large screen TV, and keurig. Communication with the hosts was excellent and responsive. There was a small leak in a shower head; when we emailed them about it, a repairman was there to replace the shower head in less than a day. our grandson made good use of the beach items available. Overall, a very positive experience for our multigenerational family.

A dream and excellent location

We absolutely loved this place, amazing place to enjoy a weekend. The master bedroom bed was sooooo plushy. The overflow of blankets were so soft and needed. Very beautiful, clean, and lots of natural lighting and we would love to make this a go to rental place for future visits.

We are a happy Canadian family from Montreal, Canada. We love snow but we adore the beach . We fall in love with Clearwater beach and Indian Rocks beach. There are so many beaches that you can choose, one different from the other. The sun, the water and the is just magic....Our kids love the heated pool at the condo, so they can have some extra hours of playing in the water.
