In this 3-bedroom 2 Bath house Guests will enjoy restful nights with a master bedroom with a King Size Bed, and two bedrooms each with a Bunk Bed. Each Bunk bed has a full size bed in the bottom, and a twin size bed in the top. Ideal for 4-6 people, but with sleeping spaces for up to 8 individuals.

Cozy home perfect for a fun and restful stay, and within a few minutes from UCSB, S.B. Municipal Airport, Tech Corridor, Shopping Plazas, Golf Courses, Goleta Beach, Downtown Santa Barbara, and access to the 101 Fwy.

Wish the property had AC - was broken - host was great - rooms got hot at night

Dear Shane, we have installed an A/C unit, and we are getting estimates to put new insulation in the attic. The insulation is injected, and it's much more effective than the regular insulation that gets laid down on the bottom of the attic. We look forward to hosting you again soon.
