About this property

Spacious 3-brdm apartment near charming beach towns: security, bay access & gym

Make yourself at home in our 3-bedroom Bucerías apartment retreat. The space is perfect for couples, families or small groups who want to come for a relaxing getaway.

The apartment offers a tranquil atmosphere where you can choose to lounge pool-side, take a dip in the heated infinity pool that is partially shaded, sit or walk along the rocky beach (during low tide season Nov-Mar), wade in the beach area (please note the pictures of how the area is), or simply relax at the snack bar after a day of exploring. This beautiful spot provides a welcoming home base for our guests.

The apartment is located on the ground floor just steps away from the gym, pool lounge area, and bay! It is in between Bucerias and La Cruz, where one can easily visit either (by 5min drive or for the adventurous at heart a 25min walk), but it is enough distance to be away from the hustle, public noise, and beach venders.
**Important Note as of January 2026: at the moment we are next to a construction site that is in its final stages of working inside details (minimal noise). Also due to a recent hurricane, we are working on rebuilding our bay area and beach access. We are expecting it to be completed soon, sorry for this inconvenience.

The host was very responsive. The kitchen was stocked amazingly. We like to cook and had all the tools available! The unit is very close to the pool. The unit was clean and beds were quite comfortable.

I grew up in the USA, now live in Mexico. My family and I absolutely love visiting our home away from home at Narval Sur! I enjoy going on my SUP on the bay and having a coffee in the quiet mornings in the lounge area with my husband. Even some mornings I take a jog in to Bucerias and enjoy a coffee on my walk back. The pool is a gem for us where we have viewed sea turtles and whales in the distance!

Why they chose this property

The apartment is close enough to enjoy charming Bucerias and La Cruz but far enough to not have all the public noise and hustle. When we are up for it we easily go visit either downtown (5min drive) and love having our peaceful place to retreat back to.

What makes this property unique

The pool is a gem, the perfect shade and sun ratio as well as giving a lovely view of the Bay Area including distant mountains, the ocean far out and even one may spot whales (during the season they visit)!
