This spacious and beautifully decorated home features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a half-bathroon making it the perfect choice for families or groups of friends. The home also boasts a studio with a sofa bed perfect for an afternoon nap or additional guest room.

Inside, the home is tastefully decorated in a traditional colonial style with high ceilings, beautiful tile work and stained glass windows. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a feast, while the comfortable living area is perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.

Outside, you’ll find a peaceful oasis with a pool surrounded by a mature garden area with lounge chairs and an outdoor dining space. And with the beach just 2 blocks away you’ll have all the fun with Mexico’s beautiful coastline. Book your stay and start enjoying everything this amazing property has to offer.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
There is a garbage container located next to the garage. Garbage bags can be placed in the container. PLEASE DO NOT PLACE THE GARBAGE CONTAINER IN THE STREET. Julia will take garbage out pick up days.
Please place all keys in their zip lock bags in the original drawer for each room. Thank you.
Please turn off all AC units and fans before leaving the property. The property manager will be available to assist guests on your departure day.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Before departing, kindly ensure all doors are locked, security doors, front door key pad and deadbolt. Double lock front gate
NO TOYS ALLOWED IN POOL, they can damage the filtration system. Please contact Tracey/ Crispin for temperature adjustments for the pool.
Please do not place garbage container in the street. Julia, our housekeeper, will dispose of garbage on pick up days.
