The location of this architecturally interesting house is amazing, with stunning views of the ocean and the beach below. The house is BIG with plenty of room for people to spread out, inside and out. The kitchen has plenty of items for cooking your own meals. The house is clean and has all the amenities needed for your stay. The hot tub is indeed hot and very relaxing. There are walking trails from the house out to the bluffs or you can walk down to the beach. The management company was very helpful and easy to communicate with when we had questions. The only issue we had was the WiFi didn't work in the

Home was an amazing location. Bathrooms and bedrooms very clean. Kitchen counters and sink clean, drawers and cupboards could use a good cleaning.Communication was good, but the check in code of 10 numbers was a hassle.Overall a great stay and we’d come again.

We have stayed here multiple times and will return. The closest to the ocean you can get. Had a nice relaxing time and saw dozens of whales while sitting on the sofa.

Excellent all around. Spacious, clean, views are absolutely amazing. Location between downtown Ft Bragg and Mendocino is perfect. Well equipped and hot tub was two thumbs up. Super responsive to inquiries. Highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautifully appointed home! I’ve never seen a kitchen so well stocked. The super comfortable beds were a bonus! The ocean views are spectacular, the grounds are stunning and the stars at night are magical. Our only regret is that we didn’t book a longer stay!!!
We even had a friendly visitor while we were relaxing on the deck enjoying the amazing views!

Too much of the home is not cared for. Most of the outdoor lighting wasn't working, so safety at night was a concern. The two massive stone fireplaces are OFF LIMITS, yet there is no mention of that in the listing. We were greatly disappointed that this was not disclosed, even after inquiring. There is a tiny pot belly stove in one family room that you'll not want to spend any time in; it works... YIPPEE,...who cares?!? The kitchen floor and high traffic area carpets were filthy dirty. Bathroom door does not lock, so do not expect privacy. Gate latch of fencing does not operate correctly, so be prepared to walk all the way around the house to open the gate. The view of the ocean from the deck is exceptional, but not worth the price.

We do want to clarify that the listing description notes that both of the stone fireplaces are decorative and non-functional. When you reached out to our team during your stay, we also promptly shared that same information from the listing description. It was magical, kitchen was very well equipped. The best views of any property I've ever stayed at. Quiet, peaceful and big enough to accommodate a large family gathering. Absolutely breathtaking views. Definitely will book this lovely home again.

The views were spectacular. The house felt like home. We enjoyed the access to several trails and the beach directly below the home. The location was perfect, many activities and a grocery store a few minutes away.

We had such a great time during our stay that none of us wanted to leave. I stayed with my two sisters and brother in law and had the most relaxing vacation ever we are already planning on coming back and hoping to stay a little longer
