This is a beautiful, fully furnished luxurious vacation rental condo with 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, located on the second floor in the quiet & gated Community of Blue Garden Condo in Sosua, Dominican Republic. This condo offers all the comforts of home and can comfortably accommodate a MAXIMUM of 4 people (which includes Adults and Children).

The master bedroom is en suite (connected to a full bathroom), has a king-size bed, walk-in closet and wardrobe, air conditioning and a ceiling fan, and a balcony that overlooks the back of the garden. The guest bedroom has 2 single beds, lots of closet and wardrobe space, and has air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The guest full bathroom is directly adjacent to the guest bedroom. The living & dining rooms have plenty of space & allow a lot of natural (sun)light with a large (and small) balcony which has comfortable and durable outdoor furniture to conveniently relax while overlooking the outdoor shared swimming pool which can be used all year round. This condo is equipped with all new furniture and appliances which includes a flat-screen T.V, stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker, juicer, and an electric teapot. There is also a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience.
This gated community also has free assigned parking and 24 hours on-site security, free WiFi. ***Please note that Electricity is NOT INCLUDED in the rental rates for ANY length of stay! and is required to be paid in cash to the Property Manager at the time of CHECK OUT.
Blue Garden Condo is located in the region of El Batey in Sosua, just minutes from the center of town where there are many eateries/ restaurants, clubs, cafes and shops, as well as several local beaches. Gregorio Luperón International Airport is approximately 15 mins (9.4km/5.8 miles) away from the condo.

Heart of Sosua
The location is great. Check in instructions were provided a couple of days prior to our arrival, and check in and check out were easy. We had an issue with the toilet in the hallway and Bela was quick to respond and the issue was resolved very quickly. Bela and the property manager, Joselito, were helpful and responsive from start to finish.

This Property is Very Nice. The Unit is Beautiful just like the photos. I travel frequently and I love this unit it has all the comfort things I'm use to at home. I love to cook my own meals and the kitchen was nice and welcoming. Property Owner and manager were accessible during my Stay. I would definitely here again. I do recommend renting a car to get around easy.

Great stay!
The property was very clean. It seemed like everyone on staff helped to clean. I used the balcony daily and the pool almost daily. We were in walking distance to markets, so we cooked meals daily. While we did have other adults over for a cookout and to use the pool to swim with us, this is not the place to have big wild parties. This property is quiet, secure and relaxing. It was perfect for what we needed. I would definitely stay here again! The apartment was exactly as advertised.

Blue Garden Condo
We were greeted by a young Dominican man sent by Bella. He was pleasant but we could not communicate with him as he spoke no English. The apartment is large and there is no air conditioning in the living room area which made it impossible to get it cooled, as the 2 air conditioner were in the bedrooms which are very separate from the rest of the condo.Clients are paying for the power and because this unit is sun facing most of the day we were so hot we went out and purchased a floor fan to try to make the front area livable. We could not afford to leave the air on all day, as they were charging 14 pesos per kilowatt. The other issue with the living room area is the furniture. Although it was pleasant to look at it was the most uncomfortable furniture I’ve ever set on. The cushions continually slid out and you could feel the rattan through the cushions. The kitchen was well equipped but the laundry area is just around the corner and the dryer is not vented so if you dry something all the moist hot air comes into the apartment making it even hotter and more humid. The pool was nice but the floors are extremely slippery and my husband fell down a flight of stairs as a result of wet floors.This is not a condo we would rent again and I would recommend not renting any condo that doesn’t include the power.

My 3rd time staying here
This is my third and probably not my last time staying in this condo. It's always clean, safe, quiet and has everything you need for a family or just you and friends. It's close to night life but far enough away to just have peace and quiet at night. The beach is a little walk but only a 5 min drive which is easy because they have assigned parking at the condo if you rent a car. The pool is right out front, you can swim or just sit on the balcony and watch over your family as they swim. This is a great option if you plan to stay in Sosúa.

Great place, I will stay here again.
Condo was clean, the furniture was just the right size for the space, the kitchen had ever appliance we needed for the trip even down to laundry and dish detergent.
The check in staff was patient with me as I booked a day earlier than I needed and I only realized after they called and messaged me with concern because I had not shown up for my check in.
The only down side was the sun this time of year made the living and dining room hot during the day and the AC units are only in the bedrooms. I wish there was more than one TV.
