*No fiddling/messing with the Wi-Fi box unless coordinated with me *Keep noise levels low past 11pm. *Smoking acceptable outdoors if no mess created.

In for a Conference. Located on a quiet side street centrally located. Place was comfortable and just 5 minutes from the Convention Center.

The place was dirty and old looking, everything was just nasty. We didn't stay and I contacted the host to let him know, we are not staying because of the place being dirty. I demanded a refund and he refused. I showed him pictures of some of the dirty things in the house. He said they are not dirty just old and that he will not refund me my money back.
The kitchen floor super dirty

Bathtub just gross
Coffee pot had some many spots on it.

Hi Bettina, some coffee ground in the glass coffee pot. The edge of the tub caulking is just paint and not dirt, and you were trying to find reasons to get refund so thats why your left this review and didnt even stay at the property.
