Bienvenue au Whiteface Club & Resort et à notre magnifique condo Lakeside 16! Nous sommes un walk-in / out maison de 3 chambres pouvant accueillir 8 avec 2 chambres queen et une chambre avec lits superposés. Il y a deux salles de bain privées complètes, une laveuse / sécheuse, un salon très agréable et confortable, une fenêtre donnant sur le lac, une cuisine très haut de gamme avec des comptoirs en granit, un double évier, des armoires en verre et bien plus encore. Il y a un décor et des meubles sur le thème ADK partout et toutes les commodités pour en faire votre maison loin de chez vous. Nous avons un foyer au bois plus un joli patio donnant sur la marina et un parking privé.

Notre emplacement est spectaculaire car nous surplombons la marina, le lac et les montagnes avec les magnifiques jardins fleuris, la marina, la plage et le Moose Lodge Boathouse juste en dessous de nous. Il y a aussi une petite plage privée (vous obtenez des laissez-passer gratuits), des bateaux à louer, le restaurant - assis à l'intérieur ou sur l'eau - plus le tennis, la randonnée et le golf dans notre complexe et tout ce que vous pouvez marcher. Il y a 3 excellents restaurants sur place: l'ADK Cafe au centre de golf, le Moose Lodge Boathouse juste en dessous de nous et le spectaculaire Lake Placid Lodge avec Maggies Pub à quelques pas.

Great location, nice and quiet but near to many diversions. The condo itself was well equipped, with a great floorplan that accommodated my party of 8 to be together or also apart. Access to a small beach was perfect for the kids, while the adults enjoyed the kayaking. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation!

we had our family in for a wedding. weather was great with views of whiteface and lake placid! short walk to boat house, golf and restaurants. would definitely stay here again.

Great stay.. second February in a row. Although the temperature -25 was tough for the weekend brrr, the condo was wonderful and what a view of Whiteface.

Amazing views!

We loved our stay here. Waking up to beautiful views every morning. Using the adirondack chairs at the beach for happy hour and swimming each day was sublime. Plenty of room - we shared with another family of four. Having laundry was great with all the activities we were doing. We definitely would recommend and would want to stay again!

We had a great time staying at the condo! There was ample room for our party of six, three adults and three kids. The kitchen was very well stocked and we enjoyed making meals there. It was very warm and comfortable! Thank you!

We just spent 3 nights here and were very pleased. Plenty of room and fully stocked kitchen with all the necessities and then some. Appliances seem new, and everything was in great condition, very clean, and provided instructions left few questions. Took advantage of the spectacular fire place with wood included. Even with snow every day the views are incredible. The facility had the snow cleared every morning before we left the property. Owners very responsive and pleasant to deal with. Location is 10 minutes from downtown Lake Placid Main Street, yet on the lake and view of the mountain makes you feel away from it all. The nightly rate is very reasonable, adding in all the fees can make it feel pricey though if you’re not splitting cost with others. If you can get past that, you won’t be disappointed staying here.

Rudy, the property manager, was outstanding. The condo was pristinely clean and looked and felt brand new! Beds were comfortable and sheets were very soft. Everything needed was there. Hope to return again.

Spacious condo with breathtaking view

We’ve been to the Whiteface Club many times, so we know the property very well. This unit was particularly spacious, clean and well stocked. And, of course, it had a breathtaking view of Whiteface. The unit is also located close to the lake side so it is convenient when you have a son who loves to fish and others who love to swim. We would definitely stay here again and we highly recommend it to others.

Ideal Winter get away

This was our second time w Rudy here in Lake Placid. The condo is warm, inviting and wonderful for gathering. The place is nicely laid out with a beautiful fireplace in the great room (and plenty of wood). Kitchen had everything we needed. Its about 5-8 mins to downtown where there is plenty to see, do & eat. If your looking for a place to stay and snowshoe or ski - this is wonderful. We are already planning on a return trip in '24. Thank you!

Fall trip to Lake Placid!

This is the third time we have rented this unit. The layout is perfect for traveling with friends. It is spacious and private. The furnishings are Adirondack style and comfortable. The deck overlooking Lake Placid is one step closer to heaven! The grounds are beautiful! My only suggestion would be that the unit is tired and needs a refresh-new paint, wallpaper and ceiling fan. The bathroom faucet squealed but we figured out a way to make it stop with a washcloth jammed under. My only other suggestion would be to have the unit deep cleaned. We hope to rent again the next time we want a mountain fix! Tim Lauraine

We thank Tim and his group for their stay as they are very valued repeat guests and great to work with! Note that we do deep cleans every spring and late fall and will be doing one in another month or so. There is a faucet in the left side bath that needs replacing and that will be done soon as well. All good and very valuable guest feedback for us - Rudy...

Great Stay at WFC Lakeside

The location of this condo is the real star of the show here, and communication with the property manager Rudy as honorable mention. Easy drive to town, nordic skiing on the property, and great views from the deck and multiple rooms. Condo was comfortable sleeping 8 and the 4 kids loved the bunk room. Overall the unit is starting to show its age a bit but is homey and easy to overlook considering the positives. A special thanks to Rudy who goes above and beyond. This was our 3rd or 4th stay in a property that he manages and we always feel confident going into the stay. As a perfect example, mid week we discovered the coffee maker had stopped brewing. 2 hrs after sending a text, a new machine was delivered to our doorstep. I feel confident recommending this property and hope to return in the future.

Perfect Family Getaway

Rudy was a fantastic host, regarding the rental property and rental process. Great Stay

This property was perfect for two couple who wanted to enjoy the winter offering of Lake Placid. The location was perfect, just outside of town, and overlooking Lake Placid and Whiteface. The setup for two couple was excellent, the kitchen was well-stocked for cooking, logs were supplied for the fireplace which we used every night. Thank you for sharing your lovely place.

Gorgeous views of Whiteface Mt and Lake Placid

We rented this property for a girls getaway mid January. It was a very cold weekend and the temperature dipped to -25 overnight twice. The condo was warm and cozy and with a nice supply of wood for the the fireplace, it was perfect for a cold winter weekend. The view is gorgeous. Nordic ski trails are super close for skiing and snowshoeing. We enjoyed winter activities on Mirror Lake as well. The condo was very clean and beds very comfortable. Lakeside guest room has a spectacular view of Whiteface Mt to wake up to. The moon and stars are amazing to see from the deck in the dark night sky. Lovely stay !
