Welcome to The Highland – Your Luxury Smoky Mountain Escape!

This newly renovated 4-story cabin sleeps up to 33 guests and is designed for unforgettable gatherings. With 9 bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms, there’s plenty of space for everyone to relax, unwind, and make memories together.

8 King En-suites – each with a private bathroom, smart TV, and brand-new luxury mattresses (several also include sleeper sofas).

Bunk/Game Room – custom bunk wall with 3 full beds & 3 twin beds (each with its own light & plug), plus arcade games, shuffleboard, and a big-screen smart TV.

The primary suite features a soaking tub, rain shower, sofa bed, smart TV, and private deck access with mountain views.

Overall great experience! We had a minor issue with the pool table and the responsiveness and effectiveness of the host to fix the issue was unlike anything ive ever seen by a VRBO host. I would highly recommend this property and any property this host manages!

Place was as described, and the host was extremely responsive to anything we needed. The space was perfect for our large party. Highly recommend. It was clean and had everything we needed.There's a grocery store not too far away. Our group spent time with each other at the cabin, but also ventured out to the national park, Gatlinburg, Dollywood, the artisan's alley that was just down the street. It was a great home base.We stayed for a long week June and saw bears multiple times on the property, so be sure to pay heed to the instructions! Make sure trash is locked, don't leave food out, make sure car doors are closed.One note - it has 4 floors, with the main floor being on the third. It's a small trek to get up to the third floor. We had a few folks with mobility issues that had to take it slow, but they did fine. There is only one bedroom on the primary floor.

We rented this cabin for a family get-together for my parents' 50th anniversary. It was a multi-generational trip and the cabin was perfect. The view was great and we enjoyed the hot tubs. There were lots of things to do in the cabin, including lots of games and a pool table. The main area was great, with lots of seating for our big group. The kitchen was nice with lots of dishes and a great island for serving food. The location was also awesome - it felt woodsy and had a great view, but was also very easy to get to. It was close to the grocery and the arts and crafts end of Gatlinburg (including cute cafes, pottery shops and other fun spaces).One bonus was that we got to see a black bear at the property during our visit. We were so thrilled!The host was fantastic, with lots of communication (including a heads up that there are bears in the area). The check-out instructions were straight-forward. We enjoyed this space a lot and highly recommend!

This cabin has breathtaking views and amazing accommodations. There are a lot of stairs as to be expected in a 4 story house. However, it was perfect for our wedding reception! We even had a mama bear with 3 cubs company for our stay up close and personal with the nature.I might suggest a second dishwasher in the kitchenette and more outside trash space.
