This 4th-floor corner unit offers sweeping mountain views and a front-row seat to the gondola as it glides up Steamboat Ski Resort. Inside, you’ll find a cozy alpine retreat featuring two king bedrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, and a private balcony overlooking the slopes. Guests also enjoy a private ski locker along with access to the shared hot tub and Nordic sauna—all just minutes from Steamboat’s best dining, shopping, and mountain adventures.

Step inside and you’re immediately welcomed by Steamboat-themed décor, warm lighting, and thoughtful touches—like the entry bench and coat rack that make it easy to settle in.

The open floor plan creates a comfortable flow between the living room, kitchen, and dining area. From the moment you turn the corner, your eyes are drawn to the sliding glass doors leading out to the balcony and its million-dollar view of the mountain and gondola passing by.

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals at home. Start each morning with the complimentary coffee bar before gathering at the kitchen island with seating for four. The dining table in the corner seats six—perfect for group meals or family game nights.

In the living room, curl up by the stone fireplace with a warm drink, or challenge friends and family on the Infinity Game Table, loaded with hundreds of classic games like Trivial Pursuit, Monopoly, and more.

The first king bedroom is just off the dining area and features beautiful mountain and gondola views, plus private, direct access to a full bathroom shared with the main living area.

The second king bedroom sits just off the kitchen and includes a vanity with sink and mirror in the bedroom, with the shower and toilet located in the attached hallway bathroom.

Both bedrooms are designed for rest and relaxation, offering high-quality bedding, individual reading lights, nightstands, alarm clocks, sound machines, and Smart TVs.

The living room’s queen sofabed is ideal for guests who want to fall asleep by the fire or wake up to the sunrise spilling over the slopes.

Hot tub is open Memorial Day – Labor Day and again Ski Resort Opening day (November) – Ski Resort Closing Day (April). It is closed the rest of the year.

There is not a washer and dryer in the unit. There is a coin operated communal laundry room on Floor 1

Parties are not allowed. Any additional guests not on the reservation will be charged $50 per person, per night.

We have an extremely strict NO SMOKING policy of any kind inside the unit, on the balcony or in the building whatsoever.

Animals are NOT permitted inside the building or in the unit at any time per the HOA regulations and due to pet allergies.

We do not have mail services to the condo. Long term rentals must set up a local P.O. Box.

A pre-authorization of USD 500.00 is held on 1 day(s) before arrival and voided on 7 day(s) after departure. Security deposit funds will only be charged if damages are discovered upon departure. If damages exceed the security deposit amount, guests are responsible for any additional costs.
