Location was perfect! Close to everything. The kids enjoyed the pool. Had breathtaking views of the mountains.

Everything was great had a couple of hicups when we first arrived but the hosts was very quick to get it resolved. We greatly enjoyed our stay and will be renting again.

During the duration of our stay there AC unit wouldn’t work at all. The main level temps stayed a constant 76-78 degrees with all fans running wide open. We had a roach in the room. All TVs remotes weren’t sitting upon arrival and required new batteries. In addition to the remotes failing, something knocked the tv out of service and required an Xfiniti login, which there wasn’t a remote to do so, which led to not being able to use the tv for duration of stay. I would not recommend using this cabin for any stay.

We had a wonderful trip with the great-grands. The only issue we had was the air was not working the first night there. However they did find us another place to stay, but they got the air fixed just before we were getting read to move.

The cabin itself was nice. However, some things inside should definitely be replaced or repaired. The dishwasher did not clean at all. There were a few small things that should be replaced/fixed (toilet paper holder, hole in the wall from a door handle, the rug in the living room as it was extremely worn and dirty, and a few other minor things). The two biggest things for us were the fact that the advertisement for the cabin listed the pool as being heated. It was not. The room that the pool was in has a mini split so the room itself is heated, but the pool isn’t. I’m not sure if it was messed up for our stay, or if it was just falsely advertised. We did contact them about this, but it was never resolved during our stay, although they did say they would be having maintenance look into it. Also, there is a mouse problem in this property. There were new droppings every morning, even sometimes throughout the day. We used the drawers in the dresser to store our clothes while we were there, and there were droppings on our clothes every morning. I had to wash some of our clothes a couple of times due to this. There were also droppings in our personal bags at one point and in the kitchen. I will be reaching out to them in hopes that they can get an exterminator there to fix this issue. Overall, the stay was decent and the view was great. We mostly enjoyed our time here.

This cabin was absolutely not worth the money we paid. While we were given a 150 refund, I do not feel that was an adequate resolution considering how many issues we experienced.The AC was turned off when we arrived, leaving us trying to sleep in an 85-degree cabin. On the night we were leaving, the AC went off again, leaving us in an 80-degree cabin when we had to get up and leave the next morning.The pool was one of the main reasons we chose this cabin, yet we were unable to use it for 2 of our 3 nights. That alone significantly affected the value of our stay. On top of that, both TVs downstairs were not working.The cleanliness was also unacceptable. The floor was so dirty that after my child walked barefoot for only about three minutes, their feet were black. There was trash left throughout the cabin, including a bandage stuck to the floor in the pool room. The shower was moldy, and the shower curtain rod fell and hit me I also stubbed my toe on a cinder block that was being used to hold the bed up, which is a serious safety concernWe specifically asked that no one be sent out, yet someone came to the cabin around 11:50 PM and woke our childWe paid for a comfortable, clean cabin with a working pool and amenities Instead, we dealt with heat, cleanliness issues, safety hazards, broken TVs, and losing access to the main amenity we booked the cabin for The 150 refund did not come close to making up for everything that went wrong I would not recommend this rental

We had a good vacation with 6 adults and 3 kids. The views from the decks were beautiful! Communication with the property manager was very quick in response which was much appreciated! The bedrooms were as pictured, spacious and each room has its own bathroom. There were plenty of towels for each. Kitchen was decently stocked but some of the pans were in rough shape. Living room was as pictured but really only could accommodate seating comfortably for 4-5 people which was less than our party so we couldn’t enjoy sitting around as a family in there. Three stars is mostly due to the condition of the pool room compared to the pictures. The level of the pool was very low, the ladder was loose and unusable, the room itself was very humid with a musty smell. The ceiling was dripping water and had mold on the walls. The kids really enjoyed the game room, the carpet has seen better days and we never found the backlight to make the room glow. Overall the cleanliness could use some improvement. More like a deep clean is really needed, visible dust, and mildew on shower curtains. We realize that there is a quick turn around between guests, but would really recommend scheduling a deeper clean.
