The view is over the top beautiful. Unit is roomy and mostly maintained. The management of the unit requested a selfie picture and a photo of government id. (I used drivers license). I found that request invasive. There is written instructions about the heat and how it affects the water temperature. I took a freezing cold shower and don’t quite understand what I could have done differently. Overall I liked the facility because of the view.

The condo's position on the beach is a 10/10, but the poor condition of the condo itself if unsafe. We found multiple spots of black mold, and 3 different areas of exposed nails on the ground between the carpet and tiles, that were found when stepped on with bare feet. I alerted the property management with response that they would take care of it when we left.

You can’t beat the ocean views from this condo! The town is very cute. However, Carrying everything up multiple flights of stairs a little difficult.

Peaceful Beach Retreat

Great views and comfortable condo right on the beach. Our family really enjoyed our stay in the condo. It's a great set-up for two couples and the easy beach access is a plus!

Perfect getaway

Love the property and excited to go back ASAP. Ideally located, and a perfect retreat to relax and watch the waves crash from the living room. A new favorite for our family!

Beautiful location

This location cannot be beat and it was perfect for my family to wake up and jump on the beach. The patio door was broken and we were not able to access the patio but the views from the living room were beautiful. We enjoyed our stay!

We loved the views, condo had everything we needed and was comfortable, a great getaway and it was perfect. We will back to this unit, we have stayed in other units and all have been nice but loved the space and comfort of this one.

Love this place!

We have stayed in these condos at Rockaway numerous times and we always have a wonderful stay. This unit is very comfortable, well equipped, and clean. We will return.
