Lake Front Townhome - Rockaway Beach



The Space:

Step just outside your door at this waterfront townhome to cast a fishing line on the stocked, spring-fed lake. Or stroll across the street to the soft sand and Pacific waves. Complimentary kayaks, canoe and bicycles ensure exciting daily adventures. As part of the Spring Lake community, you and your guests will also have access to a shared gazebo and fishing/kayak dock.



At home, comfort awaits in each bedroom with a loft providing additional sleeping space. Unwind in the living area, outfitted with comfortable furnishings and a gas fireplace. Watch favorite TV shows or simply enjoy the lake views. When you're ready to eat, prepare tasty meals in the kitchen, appointed with an array of helpful gadgets, including a coffee maker. As dinner simmers, perch at the kitchen bar, then enjoy home-cooked meals together at the dining table. The private patio also offers an outdoor table with water views.



Thoughtful details include life jackets and helmets, as well as fun extras like a telescope and a game table in the garage. Central air-conditioning and a private full-sized washer and dryer add an extra touch of convenience.



WHAT’S NEARBY

Walk just 450 feet to access the beach for carefree days on the sand and views of the famous Twin Rocks. Downtown Rockaway Beach is just 1 mile away. Other nearby attractions include The Three Graces and Tillamook State Forest.

The house was equipped with all that was needed for our stay. It was lovely to wake up and be on the lake with people out fishing. My major concern was the bed. The looks of the room was lovely but the bed was so hard and uncomfortable, would be better off sleeping on the couch overall my kids and I had a lovely stay.

Lovely spot!

I came here with my son and our dog. The location is perfect. The walk to the beach was quick and the beach was practically empty both days. Kayaking on the lake was also very enjoyable.

Well-equipped condo by the beach

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was clean, had views of a coastal pond, and well- equipped. The garage had bikes and kayaks as well as a pool/foosball table the kids loved. The beach was an easy short walk across the main road. We would definitely stay here again!

Incredible location, kid friendly, and so clean!

We loved everything about our stay and we were so pleased with the kid-friendliness of the property. We used the canoe and had a blast out on the beautiful lake. Easy access to the beach, this place has it all!

Oregon visit

Fantastic view of lake and surrounding environs. Made for very relaxing evenings when we would return. Quick walk to the beach. Easy jaunt into Rockaway for shopping. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome place to stay

Our trip was somewhat last minute and decided a fall coast trip would be fun. The house was perfect in many ways. Conveniently located & easy to get to. It was clean, well organized & fully stocked with all the amenities we would ever need. Only a few small things with the house but the host was very responsive. Overall it was a fantastic trip & place to stay

Excellent property

Great small townhome with beautiful views of the lake and hillside. It is a short walk to the beach, just know that you have to cross the 101 to get to it.

Great view

It's a nice unit to stay in. The lake view is lovely and other than the (daytime train whistle) it's a pretty peaceful area. Had everything we needed for our stay, nice to be able to do laundry. There were plenty of towels which you don't always get so that was a real bonus. Kitchen well appointed, had plenty of dishware, pots and pans etc. Would stay again, there's plenty to do in the area.

Weekend away

The property was as pictured. The furnishings were a little dated, but comfortable. My husband used the boat that was provided to fish on the lake. Very quiet neighborhood and Rockaway beach was minutes away. Overall a great place to spend a weekend to fish and relax!

Perfect lakefront escape

Steps from the lake with all the accommodations you could want for a quick getaway or extended stay. Breathtaking views from nearly every window with lots of natural light. Meals were enjoyable as the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals if we chose. The plastic dinnerware and high chair definitely made traveling with children easier and the beds were very comfortable. It was a great stay all around and not lacking in anyways. Highly recommend this gem of a find and look forward to booking again.

Loved the lake view and watching the wildlife! The condo was clean and had good space for my family. The middle electric window shade was not functioning, maintainance was quick to fix. The fireplace had heat, but no flame.

Safe Location, Necessary Amenities Included

First the bad, 1) floors need thoroughly swept & vacuumed under furniture in living area, 2) back sliding door from living area to patio needs maintenance to improve ease of opening & closing 3) downstairs bathroom toilet area had hints of urine like it hadn’t been mopped/disinfected properly 4) the dishwasher had a foul smell from rotten food sitting in the bottom. Now the GOOD, 1) great, safe location with lake access and a very short walk to the beach 2) plenty of space to accommodate 2 adult couples, a pair of younger children and a couple of teenagers 3) kitchen is stocked with lots of spices, coffee, cookware, plates, bowls, cups, silverware etc 4) lots of windows for plenty of natural light 5) plenty of water activity toys for use in the garage. Overall, a very good stay just needs a thorough cleaning!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay here. Location was great and the lake views were beautiful. This was by far the most well stocked rental we've ever stayed at with an abundance of spices, cooking oil, cooking utensils, dishes (including plastic for kids) towels, etc. Only issue we had was the wifi was different from the check in instructions but was resolved quickly with a text to turnkey. Will definitely consider staying here again!
