Response from VrboOwner on 19 Oct, 2026
We offered these guests the opportunity to leave with a full refund because 1 of the 3 hvac units wasn’t operating properly at the beginning of their stay. They decided to stay and we had the hvac situation fully resolved within 12 hours on Labor Day weekend. They then proceeded to check out and request a full refund. We declined. This is a retaliatory review because we didn’t let them stay for free. We always do our best to take care of our guests and this is an unkind and untrue characterization of the events. If you have questions, please ask.
