1. Parking – We have a two car garage. If your party has more cars, there is TONS of street parking in case you need it.
2. Provided Items & Supplies – An initial setup of fresh linens, bath towels, soaps, toilet paper, paper towel, and trash liners are provided. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the guests.
3. Good Neighbor Policy – Our home is in a new community that includes short and long-term guests and year-round residents. All guests and owners are subject to conform to the local regulations regarding excessive noise.
4. True Reservations Only – Reservations obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of any advance payment or deposit and the party will not be permitted.
5. Maximum Occupancy – This property is licensed and insured for a maximum of 10 people. If you bring more humans, children included, than agreed upon in your reservation – you may be asked to leave without a refund.
6. Smoking – This is a non-smoking property. If you smoke inside the home you will be charged $250, there will be an increased cleaning fee, and you will be charged for any damages
7. Candles/Flames – Absolutely no fires or open flames of any kind including candles.

We had the best time at this property. It's very clean and well appointed. The owners were responsive and communicative. I would stay here again happily! The location is super, too!
Great short-term rental for a girl's weekend in Nashville. Three bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, garage and on street parking, spacious common space area. Convenient location to go tour Nashville. Only negatives- kitchen is not well stocked and communication with management seems more automated and less personalized.
Just got home from the most fun Girls Trip . There were 6 of us celebrating a friends big birthday and this location was great . Owner was very responsive . House has a great lay out so you can actually get some good rest in between all the Nashville fun . We will be using this one again .
Very clean, great location. You can walk to coffee shops, restaurants and publix. A great neighborhood to walk around. We had our dog with us, so we were able to walk him in the neighborhood and to the coffee shops. We will definitely stay here again.
Lovely home, well decorated making it feel extra cozy. Necessities included such as soaps and shampoos which helped make it feel less like a hotel and more like a home away from home. House very clean. One room with bunks is on the bottom floor with other rooms top floor. This gives us some peace and quiet from the kids as they laugh and play. Only about 10-15 minutes from most destinations that we wanted to see, including Broadway. Walkable to various entertainment and food venues. Couldn’t really ask for much more.
Perfect vacation spot for our trip to Nashville to see Cold Play concert. Location was convenient to Broadway and Nissan Stadium. Publix within walking distance as well as Hattie B's (which we recommend) and a great little coffee shop. The condo was very spacious and clean and the beds were very comfortable and enough beds, that the 4 teenagers with us did not have to double up.
Exactly like the pictures. It was clean and nicely decorated. PLENTY of space. Great location. Garage door opener didnt work, but we made it work for the short trip. Overall, perfect trip!
There are so many great features to this home; lots of cozy beds, garage for parking, beautifully decorated, location is quiet and neighbors friendly, walking distance to many things including shops, groceries, gas station and coffee/food places, multi level bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, pet friendly and clean/well maintained. Would highly recommend.
We stayed here to visit our Belmont student for the weekend. It was very convenient to have our own garage and for each bedroom to have its own bath. Easy access to everything we needed to get to and everything was clean and well organized.

Property was great! Exactly as advertised and very convenient to getting down to Broadway. Very clean and very nice. Would stay here again in the future!!
After scouring the internet for weeks to find somewhere affordable, but still very nice and in a nice neighborhood, this place checked all the boxes and so much more. You won’t regret booking this! The owners were very easy to work with, and they thought of every comfort a group could want for the weekend!
Stayed here for a girls trip and everything was lovely! Rooms were spacious and house was decorated so cute. Quick Uber ride away from downtown and there was a Publix in walking distance which was great for buying things for the weekend.
