The apartment is very nice. The shower, ,Kitchen, bedroom and living room are clean and comfortable. The caretaker we met is very friendly. We will stay in this B&B every time we visit Dale Hollow or anywhere nearby!!

Nice property- very clean- contains everything you need for a comfortable stay! The entry has a somewhat steep set of stairs that my mother managed fairly well. The connected neighborhood/park are great for walking the dog. Lots of little shops within walking distance.

The place was fantastic! Centrally located downtown, and furnished with everything you might need for an extended stay. The hostess was awesome and very accommodating with any questions or issues we had. The place was very clean and well stocked. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Shannon is the perfect host, and she could not be more lovely. The the location is very convenient. Shannon has thought of everything to make sure you have everything you might need for your stay. It’s easy to navigate the property in and out. There are a few steps into the property, and one step can be a little tricky so you just have to be careful when taking your bags in and out. The only reason I am leaving 4 stars and not 5 is there is a lot of overhead noise, and it starts pretty early in the morning. Otherwise, I had a great stay while visiting family in town.

I love traveling, exploring local shops and restaurants, and finding the places that make a community special. I appreciate a comfortable, welcoming place to stay and try to treat any home I visit with the same care and respect I would my own.

I love that this neighborhood feels peaceful and relaxed while still being convenient to everything. It has that comfortable, welcoming feel I’m drawn to, and it gives us a great place to slow down, enjoy the area, and still be close to local restaurants, shops, and attractions. I especially enjoy neighborhoods that feel like part of the community instead of just somewhere to stay.

The location is truly what sets this property apart. We’re located right on the downtown square in the heart of Livingston, with Central Park directly behind us and local shopping, restaurants, coffee, and downtown events all within walking distance. You can park the car and enjoy the community the way it’s meant to be experienced, on foot, at an easy pace, with plenty to see and do just outside the door. It’s a great mix of small-town charm, convenience, and a comfortable place to relax at the end of the day.
