3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Sleeps 8-10
My wife and I have four young boys. We lived at this location for several years until we were expecting Boy #3 at which time we began to look for something with a little more space. We absolutely loved living here. There are very few places like this in the area. It is quiet and secluded with abundant wildlife. We loved the warm, cozy log home feel with the fireplaces and abundant wood and rustic decor. Besides that, it is located only 2 miles from the city limits so we didn't have to drive a long way out of town to enjoy all of those benefits. If our growing family did not necessitate a bit more living space, we would certainly still be living there today! Our love for this place has caused us to want to share it with others, specifically hosting vacationers to the wonderful Central Wisconsin area. We are certain that you will enjoy staying there as much as we did!

Great property and managers
The property was beautiful and clean which made for a great vacation rental. Alison's and Steve were very helpful and made check in easy, thanks guys!
Myself and group of guys stayed at the cabin. It was a great fantastic time, plenty of room as well!! Very secluded location of the house which was awesome and felt like that long getaway from life that was well needed for all of us, but yet it wasn’t far at all from town. All in all, everyone had a wonderful time and we would all do it again!! Thank you for the opportunity and much needed vacation!!
Great Base for Granite Peak
I have stayed at Steve's property twice in 2019. The first with my family for a long ski weekend at Granite Peak in Feb and we enjoyed the cabin so much I booked it for a late spring ski weekend with some friends. It is a great hideaway that provides plenty of opportunities to relax after a day of skiing. Steve is very responsive. For example, they got a ton of snow in Feb and Steve made sure the driveway was plowed and we were comfortable when we arrived. Will definitely book again when the 2019/2020 kicks in.
Thank you so much for letting us stay, we had a wonderful weekend. We will definitely be back for another visit.
Clean and accommodating. Great for a ski weekend
We had a great time. Thanks Steve!
Very comfortqble cabin in a hidden location.
Would definitely recommend.
